Loft holiday rentals in Italian Riviera

A small oasis of peace! A wonderful place... a dream house, with attention to every detail and immersed in tranquility. The Hosts were really nice and welcoming. Recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy a weekend away from the chaos of the city, in total relaxation and in a refined environment with impeccable taste.

Fabio's apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It's fantastic to be able to park the car on his property. Okay, it's a bit narrow, but definitely manageable. Inside, it's an oasis of peace, beautifully decorated, with a Corian kitchen countertop and equipped with all conveniences. The AC works quietly and excellently. The apartment is spacious and very clean. With the train station just 300 meters away, you can be in Genoa in six minutes. Tania responds incredibly quickly to messages, is always easily reachable, gives great tips, and is a fantastic host. I would absolutely come back here again!

The apartment has a really Italian flair. The public bench outside the front door. The church across the street, and the bar 30 steps away. Everyone greets very friendly. In the middle of it and yet nice and quiet. Loved it. :-)

We had a wonderful stay in Lucca! The apartment was beautiful, very clean, and lovingly furnished – just like in the pictures. We felt at home right away. Complete kitchen with everything you need. Relaxing living area and a cody room for a restful sleep. Spacious bathroom. The location was perfect for exploring the city (15 Min. by feet), and only 20 Minutes to the central station, to visit Pisa by train. A supermarket is only 5 minutes away. Communication with the host was warm and easy. Hicham was very nice and helpful. Thank you so much – we’d love to come back anytime!

Amazing and beautiful flat! Definitely enjoyed for our stay in Torino. Carlotta was very communicative, and was able to adapt to our train delay getting into Torino. Highly recommend!

In my opinion, the housing is actually better than in the photo. The kitchen has everything you need, even coffee, tea, salt and sugar. A separate huge plus of this apartment is the availability of a parking space! From the notes - you need to have a shower gel and shampoo with you, but that's a small thing. The overall impression is great!

What a beautiful surprise to discover this magnificent modern duplex tastefully decorated inside a small courtyard in a very quiet street. This secure accommodation is a few minutes' walk from Place Garibaldi with tram stop and only 20 minutes' walk from the beach via the pretty alleys of Nice's old town. The accommodation with a lot of character is very clean and everything is there to spend a most pleasant stay. The owner, Alexandre, full of kindness, is available for any information and to quickly resolve any problem. I wouldn't hesitate to come back on my next stay in Nice.

Super nice apartment in a secret mountain region in the Alps!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment, amazing view and a great location by the beach. You can easily get around by foot or tram and we often chose the Lime bicycles that were parked right outside.

Great host. Met us when we checked in to go over the apartment and give us lots of information about Nice. The apartment is in a perfect spot with the tram stop on one side and a short walk to the beach on the other. It is a very central location. Everything we needed for the beach was there and there was a beautiful view. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Nice, this is it.

Casa Matilda is an oasis of tranquility and beauty. We were greeted with kindness and helpfulness. Our mini loft was nice and very clean. We found a welcome tart and products prepared by Ms Anna. Everything was delicious!!! It was a very hot weekend and the house was equipped with a ceiling fan and a floor fan. The perfect pool! Thank you Casa Matilda!! We will definitely be back 🤗

Very interesting accommodation to see Livorno: view of the canals, location on the edge of the historic center (easy to reach from outside, easy to move on foot in the city). The apartment is well set up and clean; the bedroom is on the mezzanine, with a very low ceiling, but this helps to have more space in the living area. The long and steep condominium stairs to climb to the third floor, they are not for everyone... Alessandra was quick to respond and very organized with information, in the accommodation there is a nice booklet with all the instructions and some tips for the locals (thank you!). Ultimately, it was a great stay.
