Beach house holiday rentals in Italian Riviera

Everything is as described. Main strengths location (beachfront) and well arranged spaces. A relaxing stay also thanks to the outdoor spaces of the house. Lauro and staff are always available and conciliatory. The beautiful garden can attract mosquitoes if the heat becomes persistent (in that case the availability of mosquito nets would be a plus)

This Airbnb is stunning! The views of the Mediterranean from inside the house are splendid, as well as views from the two terraces. I loved drinking coffee in the morning and watching the light dance on the sea. Just a short walk down to the Plage du Buse! The house is a short drive to most sights in the region. Make sure you go up to the village of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin; it’s so cute and a nice spot for dinner with views of the sea. I only have good things to say! Would recommend and stay here again :)

We stayed 3 nights at the house, the host Pierrick was very friendly and super helpful. The house was perfect and equipped from every point of view. The 4 rooms were comfortable and well arranged. The heating was great. The jacuzi is a gem! A place we'd love to come back to.

Jean Marc is an excellent and caring host who provides everything his guests could possibly need. The house is a true gem! It's beautiful, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. It's also a great base for exploring all the main points of the French Riviera. If you're still hesitating, make a quick decision :) You won’t regret it. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Charlottes Place was beautiful with plenty of natural light and large rooms. It was perfect for a family get away- very good location which was close to the port and lots of restaurants near by. The concierge, Firas was wonderful - friendly, very responsive and gave us additional restaurant reconditions. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again when I go back to Nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The view was absolutely breathtaking, you could sit in the living room all day and just enjoy the hustle and bustle of the Main Street with stunning view of the sea. Plenty of sun during the day! The apartment was spacious, offering ample room for the kids to roam freely. They spent hours playing on the beach, and we loved the convenience of the daily vegetable market just a short walk away. The antique market on Mondays was a delightful bonus, with hundreds of vendors showcasing unique treasures. Staying with Lea was truly a lovely experience

Wonderful hideaway in Antibes. We were welcome by Nicolas and he explained the whole place to us. 3 comfy bedrooms, as we traveled with our two daughters. Good equipped kitchen and two nice bathrooms. We also used the washing machine and dryer. As our stay was in winter, we also used the heaters in every room to have the place warm and cozy. Everything we needed was there. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden and extremely quiet. Some steps from the house your are at Port Gallice or the beach in Juan Les Pins. We did several walks around the Cap and to Antibes - for both a perfect place to start a walk. Nicolas was very friendly and helpful with several Tipps for Restaurants. We will love to come back.

This house is perfect, we were a group of friends, 5 couples, we had an exellent week. The house is very large, very bright, nothing lacking,the views are stunning. We were very well received. During our stay , we moved by train or bus to go to Ventimiglia ,Menton, Monaco , Nice....The coastal path from Beaulieu or Cap D'Ail is beautiful. The train station is 5 or 10 minutes walk from the house. The path to the village of Eze passes by the house. It is steep but for those who do not want to walk, there is bus 83 that goes there. It is possible to do either the ascent or descent or both with this bus. I highly recommend this house ,we will gladly go back.

Amazing place to stay, location could not be better, close to shops, cafes and the nearest beach is like a 10 minute walk. Had a wonderful time there, thanks to the great air conditioning as well (in every room!!). Massimo is a superb host, always comes back with an answer literally within minutes. Could not have been happier with the place!

Very nice stay during the Christmas week with this beautiful weather of the French Riviera. Very clean accommodation, located in the beautiful village of Théoule. Host very responsive to messages and caring compared to a check-in at 3pm instead of 5pm. Perfect week as a couple with 2 children, the house is perfect for a week-long vacation. Beautiful walk to do a few minutes from the accommodation to our lady of Africa in Théoule-sur-mer and of course the seaside. The only small negative point but which has nothing to do with the accommodation, the difficulty of walking your dog around the residence without taking the car. We will be back no problem.

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

Everything was as described in the property listing and in the reviews made by other guests and it isn’t going to disappoint you! This is just the right place for you if you’re looking for a peaceful accommodation in walking distance to the beach, the city and the train station in Juan-Les-Pin. If you don’t feel like going to the beach, you can take the 36 steps (or was it 37) to the pool, where you can enjoy the pool shared with some other people in the gated community. Most of the time we had the area for ourselves and sometimes there was lots of life, but never overcrowded. Close to the property you will find an excellent bakery, a very good fish store as well as a grocery and several butchers. I got only good things to say about our host, Maike. She is very responsive and does everything to make your stay as pleasant and convenient as possible.

The villa is superb and beautifully presented. The pool was used every day and we had a great stay. Pascale is an excellent host and very responsive. I’d love to return at some point in the future.

What an Amazing week we just had! Nicolas is lovely and was super accommodating with checking in after a delayed flight. The villa is nothing short of Amazing- the photos don’t do it justice, the view is out of the world and is exactly what you would expect from a premium villa in the south of France. You barely need to use a car as everything is walkable and close to the house. Would definitely recommend 100% 5 stars all around!

We just returned from an incredible stay at Gio's lovely home in Antibes, and it was a fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, Gio went above and beyond. He even kindly drove us to our lunch reservation the first day. The house itself was charming and comfortable, although a bit sparse in supplies. However, the unbeatable location made up for it—just across the street from the beach! We loved being able to step out and enjoy the sun and sea at any moment. Gio was not only friendly but also incredibly helpful. On our departure, he took the time to call the city council for us to ensure that road closures from a race that morning wouldn’t affect our travel plans. It’s this kind of personal touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. We appreciated having bikes available to explore the beautiful surroundings, and we took full advantage of that! Overall, we highly recommend Gio’s place for anyone looking to experience the best of Antibes.

Clean house with new furniture and fixtures, equipped with all utensils, wifi and more. Didier is a very friendly person and has always been responsive to messages. Too bad the garden is a bit abandoned, with a little care the place would really become a little pearl. Attention if you have a long car (SUV or station wagon or in any case greater than about 4.40 meters) because the parking is a little tight and requires some maneuvers to be able to enter/exit. It may be a problem to have the maneuvering space if the parking is full.

Spacious apartment, great for a family with a toddler. A few steps from the beach, close to everthing, definitelly recommendable!

Maria Rosaria is a lovely host and her place corresponds to the description given. Welcoming, clean, close to the seaside. The kitchen is well equipped and everything in the apartment works perfectly. We stayed during winter and the heating was spot on. We have a little baby and Maria Rosaria also arranged a travel bed for her, which worked great. Both Maria Rosaria and her son are very responsive and present through the chats, the communication is extremely easy. The flexible checkout was also appreciated! I absolutely recommend, especially for families!

Cozy and warm stay! In this region, most accommodations in the winter season are cold, damp, and lack heating. But this place was so cozy! It was so warm that we even had to open the windows. We didn’t freeze, and everything else was great too. A very lovely house!

Giovanni's place was clean in order and easy to find. He was always available and especially regarding a problem with the car, he gave me a great help. The accommodation is very quiet inside a house, quiet and sheltered. I highly recommend it and will keep it in mind for an upcoming stay

We had a pleasant stay at Noura's place. The listing is true to listing and very clean. We particularly appreciated its location very close to the beach and all shops are nearby, bus...etc. We were hosted very well by Noura's brother upon arrival and departure. See you soon 🙂

Beautiful house, close to the beach, large garden, very well-equipped kitchen.

Tommaso is a lovely and accommodating host. When he greeted us, he gave us a basket of products from his organic shop. He has made every effort to make sure that guests are well in his house. He changed us the gas bottles for the hot water and set the heating on request and asked us several times about our well-being. We liked the cottage very much, a great location directly on the sea. The large terrace and dining area invited us to linger. In the house, everything is conveniently furnished in the country house style, the kitchen is small but nice, the bedrooms and the bathroom met our requirements. We felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy our vacation. We are happy to come back to Castelioncello. Thank you Tommaso for all your efforts and your suggestion.
