Holiday rentals with breakfast in Italian Riviera

This studio is a cozy little gem, quiet, super clean or one of our great joys was the cafe from the balcony facing the colors of corniglia; the studio is on the start of the blue trail hike to Vernazza, a walk that sunny our stay. Very nice accommodation located in the middle of the countryside. Quiet, rustic area. Very helpful and kind owners, they immediately put us at ease and gave us a lot of flexibility regarding checkout to start the day in extreme tranquility.

The house was very clean and tidy, warm and inviting. It had everything we needed and more. We were welcomed and greeted Marco, whom we thank for his great cordiality, availability and kindness. If we were to return to these areas, we would definitely stop by!

If the place is available, simply book it—you won’t regret it! The area is peaceful and beautiful, and the property is superbly clean and fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked, there’s a fantastic espresso coffee machine, the beds are comfortable, and even wireless chargers are provided for phones. Breakfast was exceptional—it was unreal to wake up to freshly baked bread and vegetables from the garden. All in all, you won’t regret staying here!

We had the most lovely and cozy three night stay at Lindhouse and highly recommend this accommodation to any future guest. Closely located to Govone's city center we were able to explore this adorable small town by foot and also ride Ebikes through the nearby vineyards. Sarah was a friendly and accommodating host who provided clear instructions, was flexible with check-in/out times and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable! P.S. - The bed was extremely comfortable.

Wonderful time in Calamecca! Authentic experience in a small village with the friendliest locals. Fabrizio's house was perfect, it was clean, stylish, and cozy, it felt like entering a fairy-tale.

First time in Nice, Nico and Liza’s place is in the heart of the city with walkable routes to both the promenade, old town and the train station. The apartment was spacious and in pristine condition, with the hosts being responsive to any questions we had. If you’re looking for a trip to Nice or Monaco, I would highly recommend staying here.

The apartment is very comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you need. It is close to the Lingotto metro stop, so it is also very convenient for transportation. Alberto was always very nice and helpful.

This was my second time staying at Isabelle’s wonderful apartment and I highly recommend it. Fantastic location, great apartment, and a little haven to return to after a day in the hustle and bustle of Monte Carlo. I will definitely come back!!

The apartment was exactly as described and fitted our needs perfectly. Anna was superb and went out of her way to find convenient and secure parking for our rental car. We appreciated the breakfast items and welcoming bottle of wine.

I stayed one night, the access is very well managed by the host who is very responsive. Small area very remote in the mountains so quiet and peaceful. Beautiful view of the valley. Small difficulties with door locks... The accommodation is impeccable and preheated, the sorting of waste is well indicated. The bathroom and kitchen are well equipped and breakfast is offered.

We loved our breakfasts every morning that we were able to choose the day before and eat on the patio. They were on time and great selection of food. The room was perfect. Nice bedding and great shower. Rafaella picked us up at the train station when we arrived because it was raining so we were super appreciative of that. The shortcut that she described really was only 5 minutes from the train station but uphill so would have been difficult in the rain. Thanks so much for a fantastic stay!

Very pleasant stay. Fabiana was very available for the duration of the stay, providing us with precise and very effective directions. Fantastic location to easily reach the village center, along the sea and train station. Very useful parking pass.

I would recommned this property. Maria was amazing with us. As soon as we arrived, she kindly picked us up at La Spezia station. She took the time to explain the various public transportation we could use during our stay. We were very well hosted in her home. The photos are true to reality. Private bathroom, which is very rare to find in Italy! The room was all cute, with access to the pool and great breakfast! We thank Maria for a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed very much with Maria. Everything is excelent and cleanly prepared. There is a wonderful breakfast and especially the personal contact with Maria and her daughter we enjoyed very much.
