Newly refurbished studio apartment in a historic and traditional Nice building built in 1834 where the famous French artist Henri Matisse lived and painted several masterpieces such as The Bay of Nice in 1918. There are only 25 steps separating the apartment from the sea. The apartment has direct access to the beach and the sea promenade that allows you to reach the other beaches and the center of Zoagli The beach below has a reduced size compared to the first photograph, the sea has changed the conformation. The platform on the left is present 1 PRIVATE PARKING PLACE outside the residence, is about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The parking lot is suitable for cars up to 4.7m in length
