Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Italian Riviera

It was a wonderful holiday. We were here with our 7-month-old son. The property was clean, tidy, and generous. Michaela was the perfect host. She had a qualified response to every request and was very helpful and always kind. It has also embellished our holiday. The place is a bit more secluded, which was perfect for us. It is wonderfully quiet and you can relax wonderfully after the day trips. The pool is covered, which has made it perfect for our toddler needs. But even without children, it is perfect for cooling off and relaxing. It was a completely successful vacation. We recommend the place and of course Michela warmest. I'm sure we'll be back soon.

Fantastic location, in a great neighborhood and easily walkable to multiple sights in Nice. Grocery shop is literally next door, along with a lot of other shops, restaurants and amenities. Bed was comfortable, the artwork fun and lots of space. The host is extremely responsive, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Would absolutely stay here again.

Barbara was a kind and friendly host who came personally to show us the apartment. It was clean and spacious and had a little cot set up for our fifth person. The rooms had dysons fans for the heat and the balcony views were beautiful.

Lorenzo and his wife were very lovely hosts and made sure we feel 100% comfortable. They brought self-grown fruits and vegetables as well as treats for our dog every morning 😉 we also got good tips for activities in the area as well as immediate support and recommendations when we had a flat tire in the city

I can’t imagine a better place than this one in all of Vernazza and Cinque Terre. It feels like a 5 star hotel with daily cleaning and service and the breakfast included as well. We had the top deck to ourselves several times and absolutely loved the entire experience. So good!

Wow. What an amazing host. Marina made our pre wedding celebrations extra special and took great care of us. Such a welcoming family and the most beautiful rooms.

It was a nice place to stay and the handling was very straightforward! The view is particularly beautiful as you look directly at the sea.

A great place very ideally located between the village of Eze and Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. Wake up sea view in the morning!

We had a lovely stay together with our 8 month old baby. It was extremely nice that we could have delicious breakfast and dinner at the location, Antonio is an extraordinary cook, so we ate deliciously over and over again. The scenery and view were beautiful. Antonio had very good tips for activities in the area that were also very possible with a baby. When we want to go back to Tuscany, we will definitely come back!

Liudmila is a great host, extremely reactive and who has a great way to find solutions. I truly recommend her charming apartment which has several assets to enjoy a trip. Thanks again Liudmila!

Great place to stay! Very friendly and attentive host. Lots of places to eat/drink around and close to the train station. I walked to the airport in 25 minutes so very convenient if you’re flying. Would recommend!

I stayed with Ornella for a month and it was amazing! The room and apartment were clean and comfortable, the location is great and the view even better. But more importantly Ornella is an incredible host, so I felt like home straight from the beginning. I think Ornella is one of a kind. She is very lovely, kind, thoughtful, fun and caring. She always tries to to help with everything and is constantly busy making it comfortable for her guests. She will also provide the best tips where to go and what to do in the city and its surroundings. I really enjoyed staying with her a lot. Even when I had a few personal issues coming up, Ornella immediately helped me finding the best solutions to fix them – I am still very thankful <3. I could not have asked for a better host!
