Holiday rentals with a kayak in Italian Riviera

A very nice accommodation, centrally located in a small fishing village . We enjoyed our time. Marco is a very nice and good host. Would we book again.

Olivier came in after we setteled in the house. The door was open at arrival. Everything was as we could wish. The property offered all we needed : privacy, a pool, bbq and just a very short walk to the town where all the restaurants are. This made it for us the perfect stay. The only minus is the “lamps” which are not located pratically so we bumped our head seversl times (but we are quite tall)

Gilles place is a great home base for exploring the Côte d’Azur. It’s a little gem hidden away in Cannes. The beach located across the street is a big plus as well!

We loved our stay here. The house was lovely - spacious, full of light, with comfortable bedrooms and shared spaces, easy to be together as a group and easy to find privacy. As a family who enjoys cooking, we appreciated the fully equipped kitchen - plenty of pots, pans, dishes, utensils, a Nespresso machine and a French press, as well as basic provisions in the pantry. Great to have a washer and dryer in the basement as well. The manager, Nathalie, was super responsive , welcoming, and helpful. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet (we were there during school vacation week so didn't have that noise), and it's a short walk to the beach or up to the lighthouse. The roads are narrow and there are few sidewalks so it's not the best for strolling around. We highly recommend this house - it's even better than advertised.

Catherine is a wonderful host! She met us to check in, which was swift and very easy. We were looking for somewhere extremely quiet (and dark) for good sleeping and Catherine's apartment was perfect. We slept like logs! The apartment is perfectly equipped - everything you need, spotlessly clean and clutter free. It was in a great spot for visiting all areas of the Riveria - and because it was so quiet, we loved returning to this peaceful, calm, quiet, tranquil little spot for nice, quiet, restful evenings. Thank you so much Catherine! You are an absolute delight and your airbnb is excellent! Thank you!!

I spent four splendid nights at Nicole's. The apartment is perfect for your beach holiday in Menton. I took the train in from Italy (where I live), and the apartment is walking distance (400 metres or so) but one doesn't hear the trains at all. The apartment is fully-equipped, air-conditioned(!) with everything one can think of for a B&B, including a full kitchen, washing machine, dish washer and a very nice patio to enjoy meals etc. Nicole was very friendly and helpful, and was kind to accept a sudden early check-in request. The beaches are about 800 metres from the apartment and there's loads of eating-out options around the corner. There's a Carrefour supermarket about 200 metres from the apartment, again perfect location for everything one can want from a B&B. This was my fifth time on this coast of France and I can safely say this was one of the best places I've stayed in. I recommend Nicole's place without any hesitation! Merci, Nicole!!
