The cabin is located at 1400 meters in the characteristic hamlet of Sant'Antonio di Ostana, away from mass tourist circuits. The cabin has a beautiful southwest exposure, and from its large terrace you can enjoy spectacular views of Monviso and the surrounding mountains. In the winter months, if you wish, you will be enveloped by the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace.

It is a hill to be experienced, 5 km from Alessandria with an intimate and welcoming cabin and a breathtaking view of the hills and the city. A space in nature, well connected to the inhabited centers and at the same time quiet and secluded. It is an experience to be at peace, but also for excursions in nearby Monferrato, for those who love trekking, mountain biking, horseback riding or swimming in the pool (nearby facilities).

Exclusive chalet at 1000 m with a large garden, a patio equipped for dining, barbecue, solarium area and a hammock in the shade of a plum and a cherry tree. Unlimited WiFi. From here you will enjoy the view of the Marguareis and the Bisalta and you can follow hiking, mountain biking, skiroll trails. Two parking spots are located on the edge of the garden with access from the main road. We are at the edge of the Marguareis Natural Park, managed by the Ente Aree Protette Alpi Marittime.

In the center of a large lawn at the edge of the woods, our house, an ancient chestnut dryer, was renovated in 2022 with local materials such as Langa stone and chestnut, integrating modern technologies, air conditioning, charging for electric cars and a gazebo where you can relax outdoors. Nearby there are beautiful trails to Mountain Bike and Trekking, while in half anhour by car you can reach the Ligurian Sea and the Langhe, with their famous landscapes, wines, and cuisine.

The chalet stands on the top of a hill in a unique natural setting. An uncontaminated environment, bright and welcoming and exposed to the sun, surrounded by 7 hectares of woods, meadows and orchards, perfect also for long stays immersed in silence, to live in contact with nature, to walk or relax, in intimacy. From the window or the platform in front you can enjoy a unique view overlooking the mountains. The structure is warm, comfortable and perfectly equipped.

The nest

Formerly called Arbec, our small stone shepherd's cabin was used as a kitchen and dining room. It was where milk was turned into cheese and bush, where the family gathered for the evening vigil with the neighbours , and where social life was forged. Tools,seeds, crops , were also stored in the tree. The stones of this small building are full of history and the thickness of its walls offers a feeling of protection, peace, conducive to rest.
