Loft holiday rentals in Italian Riviera

La zona dov'è situato l'immobile è molto tranquilla e collegata bene al centro della città con bus e treno (io consiglio il bus n.42). L'appartamento è molto bello, nuovo e curato nei minimi particolari. I letti sono molto comodi. Inoltre l'immobile dispone di un giardino incantevole da dove si accede in maniera indipendente alla casa. Nel giardino inoltre si riescei anche a posteggiare un'auto di classe media ( il cancello è un po' stretto). L'host è stata molto presente e reattiva nel rispondere alle nostre domande.

Il punto di forza di questo alloggio è la posizione estremamente comoda sia per la stazione che per i bus, che consentono di visitare La Spezia e le cinque terre con comodità e senza problemi. Simone molto gentile e disponibile.

Geweldig appartement met veel licht om te verblijven en is ruim voor 4 personen. De locatie is rustig en op loopafstand van alles wat je nodig hebt voor een heerlijke vakantie. Ontvangst was heel ontspannen en het contact was zeer behulpzaam. Keuken is zeer goed uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt. Het terras is een grote meerwaarde, ontbijten in de ochtendzon en ontspannen in de namiddagzon. Een aanrader en complimenten!

We stayed for a week and loved our time in Nice. The location is very close to the beach, restaurants and various attractions. All within walking distance. Maria was a great host and very responsive to our messages. Would recommend :)

Such a beautiful Airbnb in an absolutely incredible location. It’s just a few minutes to the best beach in the Riviera. We spent every single day on the beach. The bed and bathroom situation was a bit unique but made it work. There is definitely no privacy, but we loved the space. You can tell how much thought and intention was put into designing it. We had such an amazing trip. It would definitely come back.

Thank you so much, Tanja! You were an incredibly welcoming and helpful host. I loved the apartment’s central location it was so convenient to walk everywhere from there. The only thing I’d note is that the apartment is on the 3rd floor, and the building doesn’t have a lift due to its age, but that didn’t take away from the overall experience. Everything else was fantastic, and I really enjoyed my stay. Thanks again for being such a wonderful host!

I wish I could give greater than a 5 start rating. Truly, this place was wonderful. Anita is a fantastic host. She met us at the train station and gave us a quick tour. She even had an itinerary and suggested restaurants and towns to visit. This was a unique experience that we will never forget. Grazie!!

Merci à Bernard car le logement était impeccable super bien rangé, propre,.. Les photos et la description correspondent parfaitement au logement je vous recommande fortement ce logement vous pouvez faire tout le vieux Nice à pied sinon il y a le tram à côté. Et Bernard est très gentil et réactif.

We had a great Stay in Nice at Greg's place. The place was spotless clean and it was walkable from all good restaurants and the old Nice. The views from the condo was amazing, Susuna was so helpful for us to check in and check out and went out of her way to get us a parking spot. Thanks for making our stay wonderful and wish to come back again.

We spent wonderful three days here and in this beautiful apartment. Everything is perfect, very nice host who told us everything we need to know. Will come back next time!

Convenient location, beautifully appointed and cosy, Cristel thinks about everything her guests may need and so much more. Lovely little flat for 1 or 2 people for a few days in Nice. Super close to Nice Ville train station and only 10-15 minutes to Nice old town/beaches. Made day trips to Cannes, Monaco, Antibes, and smaller villages very easy.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay in Bordighera! We had a fantastic stay at Federico’s place in Bordighera. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the seafront, making it ideal for enjoying the beautiful coastline. Federico was an excellent host—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions or recommendations. The privacy of the accommodation made for a truly relaxing experience. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely return in the future! Grazie, Federico! 😊

L'alloggio di Elisabetta ha rispecchiato perfettamente ciò che io e la mia fidanzata cercavamo: relax fisico e mentale. La casa è molto carina, ben arredata, spaziosa e soprattutto circondata da un'ampia area verde da poter sfruttare al meglio, noi abbiamo pranzato al sole sul tavolo e fatto un aperitivo fai da te sui divanetti (oltre ad aver preso il sole). Ottima la scelta di non mettere una televisione ma sostituirla con un'ampia scelta di libri da leggere e CD da ascoltare, sia in questa stagione all'aperto che in inverno davanti al camino che ovviamente ora non abbiamo acceso. La posizione è molto interessante perché in pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro città con tutti i servizi che può offrire. Ma si è comunque in un posto silenzioso e lontano dal caos, un'oasi felice con una bella vista sul golfo. Oltre a questo, la posizione è molto strategica e comoda anche per affrontare diverse escursioni o raggiungere le 5 terre. Non da ultimo ottima esperienza anche per il mio Labrador
