Excellent stay at Laure's. Seemingly very well located at the foot of the slopes, well equipped and close to shops. We'll be happy to go back!

I would recommend this place for a stay in Nice. The studio is located in the city center and is close to everything (12 minutes from Nice Ville train station) convenient to do the maximum on foot. The accommodation is impeccable, clean, and well-equipped (I note the present one with an umbrella left at your disposal as well as hygienic protections. Alexandre and Virginia have thought of everything).

The apartment is in a very good location, close to the beach, train station, parking and shops. Sébastien is an available and accommodating host. We highly recommend it.

We had a pleasant week with family at Jean-Pierre's apartment. It is really very well located, well arranged, clean and well-equipped.

Very well located accommodation, 2 steps from the city and 10 minutes walk from the beautiful Place Massena. This is an apartment with character, clean and has everything you need for a perfect stay: soaps, shower gel, and even laundry detergent if needed. Cote cuisine coffee, sugar, rice and pasta are also available. Hosts have thought of a lot of little details to improve the guest's stay. We enjoyed the calm and charm of the accommodation and we'll be back with pleasure.

Charming village house all in height (4 floors). The location in the old town of Tende is ideal, with parking as close as possible for this type of accommodation. Frédéri is very available and very pleasant to contact. We had a great time hiking in the Valley of Wonders next door.

It goes above and beyond to make the stay as pleasant as possible and responds immediately to requests. We were particularly impressed by the well-stocked refrigerator with plenty of drinks and food. We spent 10 wonderful days there with our two dogs, who were very warmly welcomed. The Jacuzzi was always very clean and was regularly checked and cleaned by the host. Sonia's place is fantastic, perfect for two couples of friends, very well cared for. The garden, pool, and view are a plus. A few very small communication errors but nothing that precluded an excellent stay. Definitely recommended!

I spent the Easter holidays with my son in Margherita's place. The listing fully respects the apartment: very comfortable, clean and very close to the sea, the station, bars, supermarkets, restaurants, in short, close to everything you need! We had a great time thanks also to Margherita who allowed me, both with early check-in and with late check-out to fully enjoy the holiday ! She was also very nice because she made small surprises to my son who loved him (the chocolate eggs were very good♥️) ! If I had to go back to Moneglia, I would definitely go back to the same place ! We enjoyed our stay in Lavagna in Alessandro's apartment, tastefully furnished, with quality equipment, spacious and very comfortable. The people in the neighborhood where we lived were very kind and we immediately felt comfortable. There is a baker and a fresh pasta caterer a few meters from the apartment which are a real plus. Alessandro was good advice, very friendly and responded quickly to all our questions, whether about the accommodation or activities in the area. We'll go back for sure.

Sonia’s apartment exceeded all our expectations! It was impeccable inside with everything you could need. The location is wonderful, right in the centre and the views over the area from the balconies are lovely. Sonia was so friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. We would love to come back and stay for longer next time.

Pleasant stay in this former palace at the time of the lemon festival. The charm of the residence rewards the efforts to climb the few steps that lead from the train station to the residence. It was perfect for us

I had a lovely stay at this studio! It is impeccably clean, very well equipped and arranged. The decor is very cute. WiFi is super fast and works very well. The view is sublime, you can enjoy it on the balcony which is quite large! The photos are consistent with reality. The studio is very quiet inside, no neighborhood noise. A lot of attention from the owners in the studio, we feel that everything is done to facilitate the daily life of travelers and make them happy. It's rare enough to be highlighted. The environment is very pleasant, the beaches are beautiful. I received a very warm welcome from Corinne. She and Sébastien remain available during the stay if needed, which is very nice and helpful of them. We feel that they want to facilitate guests' stays. I say bravo to them for this studio which breathes positive vibes and in which we feel all their kindness.

This is an amazing apartment to stay. It’s very modern, stylish and very comfortable- with kitchen and everything you might need. The host was very friendly and nice, we got a lot of recommendations on what to do. The apartment is in a very good location- very close to a little beach and nice restaurants. We loved walking around the neighbourhood, which is very very peaceful. The terrace is pretty and with amazing views. I highly recommend this place to stay in Genoa.
