Holiday rentals with a patio in Fistral Beach

Emma’s studio is our favourite air bnb we have ever stayed in. The decking has the most beautiful view and the property is well decorated. The location is perfect, only a 10 minute walk down to the harbour. We came here for our first holiday with our 6 month old, and it was such a great choice. There was plenty of space for a travel cot and having the washing machine was really helpful. We usually can’t wait to get out and explore the local area, however on this trip we didn’t want to leave. And are planning to return as it was the best value, and the perfect location to relax and take in the beautiful view.

Amazing location and flat was very clean and cosy. Host was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The apartment was really well located for the golf club and the beach. It was a bonus to have a sea view from the balcony which had the afternoon/evening sun. The food store is a 2 min walk. Very high spec interior finish throughout. Perfect for 4 adults and the dog.

A lovely property, clean, comfortable and quite. A very helpful and friendly host, Claire is responsive and very helpful.

We had a wonderful weeks stay for our honeymoon in this lovely and peaceful place that felt just like being at home. Cara was fantastic and really helpful and communicative - completely understanding and accommodating when we found out we’d be bringing our newborn along with us too! Location is beautiful and just as described with lots of lovely places to visit whilst staying. Just the perfect stay. Thank you!

What a find! Loathed to publicise this place. Comfortably slept 4, the dressing area was a great addition for two teenagers getting ready. The shower was fabulous. Very clean, ample parking with plenty of storage and a walk away from the town centre. Hosts helpful and welcoming. if you need it book it in advance as we might move in.

Thanks to Margot for a great short break in Newquay. Super helpful communication, clear instructions on how to get into the apartment and it had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the area, short walk to some beautiful beaches!

Great flat with sea views and secure parking. Easy to walk to restaurants, with great bakery and supermarket nearby. Accessible via lift from parking space which was important to us (limited mobility).

An unbelievable stay!! Everything was perfect, 2 minute walk to the beach if that, swam every morning! The little touches made our stay even more amazing and the beds are incredible!! 100% would come back

What a great family holiday home , with all modern finish and facilities to enjoy outdoor relaxation with hot tub in garden setting and a balcony with a great view of Newquay and fireplace table for cooler nights . We chose this for a family getaway with our adult kids and partners as it has separate bedroom and bathrooms for everyone. Dan was a great host and helped out with all our requests and queries and the little extras on arrival were very welcome and made the check in very special . Big Thanks for a great break

The house was absolutely beautiful with everything we could possibly need. Even to the point that I ordered some of the toiletries and smelly stuff for at home. Beautiful.

We recently returned from an amazing three-night stay at this stunning home and cannot express enough how impressed we were. The décor is beautiful, with every detail in the home reflecting a high standard of quality. As a group of six, the house was perfect for us with it’s fabulous mix of comfortable/relaxing social spaces and split level bedrooms. We enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful living area with its gorgeous sea views and enjoyed leisurely breakfasts in the lovely dining/kitchen space. The house is incredibly well-equipped, offering everything we could need and more. Although we couldn't explore some of the recommended local restaurants due to being in the local area for a music festival, we wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area in search of a luxurious stay. Communication with Iveta before, during, and after our trip was excellent, providing all the necessary instructions that we needed. Overall, we had an amazing time in this beautiful home!

We were already in crantock and loved it so much and wanted to extend our stay last minute. Darren was so flexible helpful and easy to reach. We had some issues with the heating and he came over to help us! The view from the house was gorgeous and it was so close to the beach and other restaurants. Definitely will be reaching out Darren the next time we come back to Newquay!!

Perfect place to stay. Spacious and well kept with very comfortable beds and furnishings The house is in a quiet area and very close to great pubs and restaurants and coastal walks Callum provided lots of information on the property and places to go I would definitely recommend Callum’s house

Tamsin’s house was perfect for our 2 families. It was ideally situated for South Fistral beach which we were lucky enough to spend a number of days on and close enough to walk into town. The hot tub was great which we struggled to get the kids out of 😂. The open plan nature of the living space was great for socialising of an evening and the garden was lovely to sit in when the weather was good. The number of bathrooms was a big plus especially after a day on the beach. Tamsin was very responsive whenever we had questions. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here with our 2 doggies, the place was very dog friendly, with accessible garden and he even left dog treats and toys for the dogs. We arrived late in the evening but Chris was very accomodating of this and the instructions were very clear to follow. Place was very spacious, looking exactly how it did in the photos and was in a prime location (and quiet) to get the most out of newquay, being between the town centre and Fistral beach. We would definitely recommend to all, especially dog owners!! And we hope to be back ourselves soon.

Beautiful place and a parking space was a bonus!!

We had a great stay at The Hideaway. The location was perfect - turn left and you’re a ten minute walk from Gylly beach, turn right and walk to the end of the road and you’re on the high street! We didn’t need to use the car at all as everywhere was so walkable. Barbara was a great host. The listing is exactly as it is described and she responded really quickly to my messages. She’s also thought of everything we could need. There’s hand soap, tea / coffee, hair dryer etc but she’s also left ponchos for the rain, different weight duvets and some cold water in the fridge! The cottage itself has low ceilings but that was fine for us. It’s clean and tidy and there’s plenty of storage for your belongings and luggage. The only thing we had an issue with is the bed. Although it’s really comfy it squeaks every time you move even a little bit. Other than that the place was great and we would definitely book again in the future!

The location couldn’t be better—steps away from vibrant shops, restaurants, and the beautiful beaches, making it perfect for exploring. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a cozy bed to a modern kitchen. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We loved the little touches, like the welcome guide with local tips! Highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Newquay—can’t wait to return!

A lovely little space situated in the lower floor of the hosts' home though felt very private and has it's own entrance. The bed is comfy and bathroom, kitchen and living rooms are spacious. Our hosts were so kind in offering iced water and sorting out a parasol in the garden when it was hot. A lovely location in easy reach of a lot of Western Cornwall.

We had a lovely stay at Jo and Stuart’s place. The apartment was pristine, spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. Everything was of a very high quality. We met Jo and Stuart as we headed out each day, tending their lovely garden. Both were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was ideally located, close to the town centre and within easy walking distance of restaurants and the beach. We’d definitely recommend staying there.

We loved our EcoEscape at Newquay, Beth & Dan were great hosts! The place was great, perfect for what we needed - so close to the beautiful Fistral beach with lots of places to eat out nearby in Newquay & would recommend Lewinnick Lodge for food/drinks/sunset Would definitely visit again!
