The property offers non-smoking, self catering accommodation with its own south facing, private, courtyard garden, surfboard/suit storage & off-road parking for one car.

The ocean view speaks for itself 🌅. With two beaches a 3-minute walk (Porth & Lusty Glaze), and many more a little way further, you can leave the car on the drive. The South West Coast path is right here too (1-min walk), if you fancy stretching those legs! It's so quiet around here you'll forget you're a 15-minute walk from Newquay town centre, and only a 8-minute drive to Fistral Beach. It's a perfect spot for families & couples. We sleep up to 5 guests (and any four-legged family members).

A beautiful little hidden hideaway . Our private annexe is beautifully decorated and close to all the best beaches, cafes and restaurants.. Though you are in town, you are tucked away from the hustle & bustle. With a kitchen, living space and bathroom downstairs and a mezzanine with a double bed and optional fold out bed for a child.
