25m2 flat on ground floor in a XVIIth century building, next to Chateaubriand birthplace house. The separate kitchen and the bathroom have been entirely renovated. The flat overlooks a private courtyard. N.B. The arrival is between 3 pm and 6 pm. If you arrive outside of these hours, we could eventually welcome before 3 or after 6 pm if we are available, thanks for telling us when you make the booking request.
