25m2 flat on ground floor in a XVIIth century building, next to Chateaubriand birthplace house. The separate kitchen and the bathroom have been entirely renovated. The flat overlooks a private courtyard. N.B. The arrival is between 3 pm and 6 pm. If you arrive outside of these hours, we could eventually welcome before 3 or after 6 pm if we are available, thanks for telling us when you make the booking request. It won’t be possible to welcome you on 24th and 25th December 2025.

The apartment is on the 6th floor (with a lift) and very close to the beach. It has stunning sea views facing west allowing you to enjoy spectacular sunsets. It is situated in a quiet area with with a pub and restaurants at the end of the road. Close by there is also a grocer and a patisserie that make fresh croissants and can give you coffee. This charming two-room apartment is very well located because you can do anything on foot: 3 minutes from the large beach, 5 minutes from the Thermes Marins and 20 minutes from Intra-Muros. Supermarket and market, pharmacy and bakery nearby as well as restaurants and cafes. You can park right in front of the apartment and you have a small terrace overlooking the street. Be careful with grandchildren, the terrace is not closed.
