You can swim there at high tide (tide schedule on the left in the living room). 150 meters from the main street with all the shops and a very large market next door on Tuesdays and Fridays. You are a 15-minute walk from the "Saint Malo intra-muros" with the jetty of the speedboats to go to Dinard. And above all, a 10-minute drive from the super thalassotherapy of the Hotel des Thermes!

Great for families with 2 children. We do not charge a cleaning fee because we are counting on you to do it and take care of our house.

Only a few steps from the beaches and the shops, our apartment is a small cocoon under the rooftops, in the heart of the lively streets of the old town encircled by ramparts. It was completely renovated in 2015. It includes a mezzanine bedroom with a bed 160x200, where you can see the roofs of Saint-Malo, and a large children's room with cot and office space, as well as a sofa bed in the living room.
