Perfectly situated in a quiet little town between St. Malo and Le Mont St. Michel. We would definitely stay here again.

A very nice accommodation in a quiet location with a great garden! From there, many attractions are easily accessible by car, so you can easily explore Brittany and parts of Normandy. Jean Michel is a very polite and open-minded host.

Excellent stay with family in Servane's house, who is a very kind and responsive host. The house is in every way faithful to the photos and description and located in a quiet and peaceful environment. The 2 sheep in the garden delighted the children ☺️

Christiane is very welcoming and caring. The studio is well equipped, clean and with great bedding. The rental is well located to go to Cancale on foot. Close to Pointe du Grouin and St Malo.

We loved our stay here. It was so charming. Helene’s parents went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. From cookies and local cider at arrival to fresh pastries before we left on our drive into Paris, they were warm and helpful. The house had everything we needed and more to feel comfortable..We were so happy to have met this lovely family and stay in their guest home. We would definitely love to visit again.

The house is adorable - beautifully renovated with all you need (swimming pool, kitchen equipment, pool table, etc). The location is great, directly at the sea-side with hardly any other people, for which it felt like a private beach. Also a nice walk along the shore to Granville. We would definitely recommend this place!

We had an amazing stay at this vacation home in Normandy! The location is perfect. It's in a quiet neighborhood, nestled in a lively city filled with great restaurants, shops, and just a short drive from beautiful beaches. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the host, who took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the house and its amenities, making us feel right at home. The house itself is impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and exudes luxury. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, and it truly felt like home from the moment we walked in. The amenities are top-notch, with a sauna, hot tub, and pool that were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The whole family had a fantastic time, and these little extras really made our stay special. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! If you’re considering a stay in the area, this place comes highly recommended. It truly exceeded our expectations!

The apartment is located directly on the golf course in a locked area, which can only be entered via a code through a large gate. Parking is available right by the house. The apartment can be reached at ground level. It is modern and practical. The surroundings are beautiful and we liked it very much.

Very pleasant stay in a charming and practical cottage. The accommodation is slightly away from the guest house which preserves privacy. The hosts are discreet, adorable and always available for advice or a bit of conversation with ease. From the cottage, it is easy and quick to reach the shops, the beach in the centre and the wonderful GR 34 overlooking the sea, bordered by a beautiful moor. The coast is amazing! Finally, the swimming pool, a few metres from the accommodation, is a real luxury after a slightly sporty walk (or simply to splash around in water much warmer than the English Channel!). We had a pleasant stay in Jean Michel's house. Everything was perfect and in line with the description and our expectations: very clean, very well equipped, well decorated, nothing was missing. The most amazing location as described if not better. The house had all the amenities to self cater. Pascale was always on hand to assist if needed otherwise we were left to our own privacy. We had a fantastic stay in Stephanie’s very sweet cottage. It’s moments from the centre of town but very secluded and peaceful and the front garden is a lovely spot to take sit in the evenings. The apartment is small but well maintained and equipped and the space is perfect for a small family. The kids slept upstairs in the attic room on two single mattresses with lots of books and games to keep them occupied. The main bedroom is small but cosy. The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking and the dishwasher is a handy addition. Dinard is a lovely town and the restaurants very child-friendly and laidback. Stephanie was great throughout, communicative, and even offered us an early check-in which was very handy. We will definitely be back, thank you for a wonderful stay.

Weekend in Saint-Malo for my wife's birthday. When we arrived, François was present, very warm welcome with gifts and small attentions for my partner for her birthday. She thanks you once again :) House faithful to the description and photos, very quiet neighborhood, relaxing next to the sea. Nice bright house, everything is new, clean, well maintained, well equipped. We stayed with our baby and he particularly enjoyed the high chair. Everything is easily accessible on foot, with the stroller. However, the house is located on a busy street, a little noisier at night. But a big plus for parking!

We felt right at home in Xavier's house. It was in a great location on a quiet street but close to the beach, supermarket, bakeries and restaurants. Xavier had provided lots of toys which our kids loved. The piano was also a big hit. Xavier was an amazing host. He was always very helpful and responsive. We particularly appreciated the early check in. We had an amazing trip!

The accommodation is a bit remote, but the beautiful beaches are within walking distance and there are many attractions in the immediate vicinity.
