This is the wing of our house in the heart of the village of Plouër-sur-Rance. Plouër-sur-Rance is a commune in the Côtes d'Armor department, ideally located between Saint-Malo and Dinan. You can also visit Dinard, Mont Saint-Michel, Cancale, Cap Fréhel, Fort-la-Latte, Saint-Briac, Saint-Lunaire, Lancieux, and Saint-Cast. Plouër is located on the banks of the Rance River with a beach and a port. Plouër is a great place to live, with its friendly Sunday morning market at the foot of the church.

Sauna INDIVIDUEL de 90x90 dans la salle de bains, douche 80x80. Equipé d'un harmonisateur (procédé Allemand ) pour l'eau d' excellente qualité, et l'électricité. BZ 140x190. Seul village côtier non traversé par une RN donc très calme. Grève et chars à voile à 50m. Draps fournis, serviettes et torchons sur demande.

Idéalement situé entre Dinan, Dinard et St Malo pour une escapade romantique sur la Côte d’Émeraude. Jardin partagé avec Nuts, notre berger australien.

Vous aurez accès à l’intégralité du logement et des équipements. Cafetière à grains, sèche-cheveux, grille pains, bouilloire, four, frigo congélateur, micro-ondes. Les draps sont fournis. Des serviettes sont mises à votre disposition, ainsi que deux peignoirs. L'arrivée avec un accès au parking privatisé, une boîte à clé pour accéder au logement assurant ainsi une intimité et indépendance totale. Si bien sur vous désirez d’un accueil privilégié, nous serons à votre disposition.

Chaque logements peut être loués séparément ou ensemble. Un espace bien être, situé à part, est proposé en option et sur réservation : jacuzzi, sauna et hammam.
