Very nice apartment located on the 2nd floor with elevator access. Its location in the hyper-center, 2 steps from the Opera will allow you to have a pleasant stay for professional or tourist reasons. With an area of 42 m², it can accommodate 3 people, has a large entrance, a spacious bedroom, a living room/kitchen with an extra bed for one person, a small shower room and separate toilet. Close to shops, bars, restaurants including the famous "La Cigale" brewery 100 m away.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.
