We were looking for a single-story, peaceful and unique house facing the sea to enjoy sweet moments with the family. We found it, and we call it Vila Sépia, with the sea as its only horizon. We decided to share our retreat house when we are not there. Come and enjoy and admire the sea and the sunsets from our lovingly decorated interior, or from our large 1,400 m2 garden. On a clear day, the wind turbines of the offshore wind farm can be seen in the distance.
