Lake house holiday rentals in France

Had an amazing time. The pool and landscape from the pool is absolutely stunning. Amenities nice and well stocked (we weren’t expecting any so this was a nice surprise)! We didn’t use the bbq in the end but it had all the equipment inc charcoals ready for our use which is unusual for an airbnb. Andrew and Marcelline were very helpful and responsive when we weren’t able to get into the property. Overall 10/10!

The house exceeded what was stated in the advert and Charlene and Jann were brilliant hosts. They were super responsive and always willing to help - they gave us phone numbers and responded within minutes if we had a question. The house felt like a real luxurious stay and the location was perfect for both Lacanau Lake and also Lacanau Ocean. There were great beach spots within 5 minutes drive as well as supermarkets and Lacanau Ocean town really close. The lake was a 2 minute walk too. The house was brilliant for a family with kids and we used the pool and outside seating areas all the time. We loved it and would definitely stay again.

We stayed with friends in a superb house, on the banks of the Sèvre, warmly welcomed by Gil, who is very attentive and caring! The environment of the house is very pleasant, quiet. It is located not far from the center of the village, where you can find all amenities. We're already thinking about going back!

Very nice stay in Antoine's apartment, warm welcome from his wife and himself. Small touches like a fresh apple juice and small chocolates had been prepared for us. We felt at home as my 10 year old daughter who was with us. 😃

We rented this place for the WE. The lake estate is a quiet and really beautiful place. Perfect for a WE for families or with friends. We will be back in the year to take advantage of this area which offers various activities. The host is very welcoming and engaged. Communication was very fluid. I recommend 100%. Thanks to Denys for the welcome. He is a friendly host with the details of the concern. The listing is as described and photographed. The location is a real haven of peace perfect to get green, at the same time all the amenities are not far away. It is even possible to have a pizza delivered 🍕 and watch the flamingos at the same time 👍 We stayed with 5, 2 adults, 2 young teenagers and with our dog, a 6 month old Rottweiler. Thanks again for the perfect relaxing time.

We had a pleasant stay in the blue house of Fiona and Eric, we were very well received by Eric who is very attentive and available, the little welcome attention that is always nice, the house is in a very quiet place with a large terrace and a beautiful garden and the pond behind, close to La Rochelle and the Poisde Vin marsh which is excellent, the house is also well equipped with a large TV and many TV channels and movies and series that are appreciated in bad weather, the bedding is really great, in short I recommend it 1000% again thank you again for your welcome and kindness, we will come back

We stayed there in the winter to celebrate New Year's Eve with the family. The large play room was great for the kids who played little outside. The house is well-equipped, and the bedding is comfortable. We enjoy spending time in front of the stove. Get up in the morning with this view, it's magic! Only downside, but it's inherent to the old house, the floors are noisy and the walls and floors are very thin. You can hear everything.

We stayed a weekend with the family with Veronique and had a very nice time. The location on the lake and the spacious house with all accessories immediately put us in the holiday mood. Veronique's communication and hospitality made us feel right at home and had no concern.

This house on the lake is an outstanding option for anyone wanting direct, private access to the lake. Huge private grounds and garden, quiet and beautiful. An absolute gem of a property.

We had a great time at the Cabanon with our French bulldogs. We thank Alexandra for all the care available in the accommodation, including for our pets. We felt at the Cabanon like we were at home. The neighborhood is peaceful and very well located. I highly recommend if we come back to the area we will go to Alexandra's Cabanon again where calm and serenity reign. The accommodation is pleasant in a peaceful setting with a beautiful view of the lake. It has 3 bedrooms, the ones with the bunk bed is quite large and allows you to put a cot. We have taken nice walks around the lake and the location is close to Bray-Dunes and La Panne to be able to enjoy the beach. The garden is fenced, convenient with a dog. Noted that the estate is private which makes it easy to park and brings tranquility to the place. I recommend it and above all I retain this address!
