The Loft of L'Annicha

Welcome to “L’Annicha”, our home in the picturesque Quercy region of France where you will get away from the hectic day-to-day in a serene and authentic setting. The Loft (*** 64 m2 apartment for 2 people) is on the first floor of the barn with a mesmerising view of the valley in front. It has been newly renovated and is very spacious thanks to its lofty concept. Apart from the kitchen, dining and living space, a king-size bed and a bathroom, in summer you enjoy a yard and the lap pool.

LA VIE SAGE is an entire luxurious house on a private island on the Seine river to enjoy absolute calm in the heart of nature, only 25 minutes from Paris. ACCESSIBLE ONLY BY BOAT. The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with an open kitchen and a chimney, a garden and an 80m2 terrace equipped with a hot tub and sauna to admire the dazzling sunsets over the Seine. The house is fully equipped: underfloor heating, air conditioning, kitchen, WIFI, TV, connected lights.

Round room set in the holm oaks above the stream with a suspended terrace. Bathtub, toilet, sink, double bed. The cabin is located above the Lou Abeilhs farmhouse with a bird's eye view of the valley. To access it from the parking lot there is a small path of 150 m and about forty steps. Our master bedroom offers a timeless stay with breathtaking view over the hills of Massif Central. With its large volumes, Versailles parquet flooring and monumental fireplace, the room is at the heart of this property, which belongs to the same family since 1781. With a large terrace at your disposal, and the exclusive use of the swimming pool (open after May 20th) and grounds, you're guaranteed a unique and rejuvenating stay. It's our promise of a happy break.

This room is located in a large stone house, with views and direct access to the large garden located in the heart of a Bordeaux wine estate, and its swimming pool. It has its own access to the outside. The bathroom with shower and toilet are also independent. The place combines the charm and typicality of terracotta tiles, cement tiles and wood. Breakfast consisting of local and homemade products included. Mini fridge and kettle included. Kitchen available.

Cottage and meadow

It's a very quiet place, close to nature, in the middle of the "Monts des Flandres". Rest, hiking or sightseeing: everyone will find it's own. Near Belgium: Ypres (WW1 commemorations) at 30 min. The house is in the heart of nature: in the middle of a meadow, close to tall trees and a water point. A peaceful, relaxing place. An ideal base for hikes or to more touristic sites. On request, breakfast: 13 euros/person.
