Cottage holiday rentals in Fistral Beach

My partner and I had a great stay here for a long weekend. The place was so peaceful and quiet but close to amenities. The bed in particular was so comfortable, something I find hard to find at Airbnb’s! Claire and her husband were such lovely hosts and even gave us some free home grown eggs for breakfast. Plus lots of local recommendations. The local is good for seeing both the north and south coast. Easy to get the train too if you don’t fancy driving. 100% would come back and recommend the others too!

Just spent a long weekend with family at this amazing place, it really has the wow factor! Beautiful countryside views, lovely tastefully decorated accommodation, with a fantastic pool and hot tub. It’s such a peaceful beautiful location. We enjoyed early morning walks to watch the cows come back from milking and listening to the owls hooting at night. Melanie is such a lovely lady, so warm and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. We enjoyed our stay so much we didn’t want to leave and will definitely be returning. We loved our stay in this cottage! It has such a cosy homely feel and is equipped with everything you’d need! The bed was super comfy and it was nice to have a tv in both bedrooms and the living space! The hot tub area was gorgeous and a great place to unwind and relax, very private area! Shaun the host was super friendly and very responsive! We couldn’t fault this place - amazing value for money. Would recommend and would love to return in the future!

Our stay in Fowey was nothing short of magical, and this Airbnb made it even more special. The location is fantastic -yes, it’s partway up a hill, but the stroll into town is short, scenic, and lined with the most charming restaurants and harborfont bars. Fowey itself is absolutely adorable. The converted schoolhouse is truly one-of-a-kind. The hosts did an amazing job preserving the original charm while creating a modern, inviting space that’s perfect for entertaining. And the hot tub overlooking the harbor? Unreal. I probably spent half the trip soaking in it. There were even thoughtful touches like umbrellas to borrow, which came in handy in classic English weather. We did experience a minor issue with noise from neighbors in an adjoining unit, but the host was incredibly responsive and professional. They made it clear they cared and took swift action to make sure we were comfortable.

Tracy was very responsive and helpful. You immediately felt like she really cares that her guests have every comfort and feel welcome. The clotted cream and scones on arrival were a lovely touch that we really appreciated. The cottage was spotlessly clean and had everything you can possibly need. The area was perfect for us and easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit us St Ives, Falmouth to name just two. Our only regret was that it was only a 3 night stay this time but we will be sure to return for longer next time.

This place was such a great find! We’ve just got back from the most perfect week away. We originally only booked for 4 nights but we extended our stay as we were having such a wonderful time. The place is just lovely with everything you need for a relaxing stay. We loved our welcoming gifts too. Kate and Simon are brilliant hosts and were extremely easy to contact. St Agnes is a beautiful location with some superb coastal walks. There’s also plenty of places to go out for food and drink. The beach is stunning also. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who is considering it (just book it!). Thanks again for a brilliant stay Kate and Simon!

One of the best airbnbs we have stayed in! Such a beautiful, cosy feeling, with everything you’d want for a comfortable stay. Loved the furnishings and vibe of the place, I can tell a lot of love has gone into it! Also the garden is just dreamy! Great friendly, communicative host!

Super friendly helpful hosts with a great cottage with everything you need for your stay. Comfy bed. Top notch power shower. Nice coffee machine. Cottage is edge of village with some fabulous views. Quiet and comfy accommodation. Walkable (5 minutes) friendly locals pub in village. Walkable (10 minutes) Spar supermarket and the lovely Kay’s Fish and Chip shop. Thanks Jim and Lyn. Maypall Cottage was a home from home. Beautifully decorated, everything you could wish for on our short holiday break. St Tudy is a lovely friendly village, local village community shop, brilliant pub and restaurant. Just a few minutes drive from the beautiful beaches at Rock and Daymer, great for dog walking. We loved it.

We had a lovely stay! The house was beautiful and just as described and the host was very responsive. We stayed in February and the local shops and pubs (within comfortable walking distance) were shut which was a shame, but it was a close drive to beautiful beaches and a nice pub. All in all a wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic 4 days stay in Golant. The views were incredible and the locals were all very friendly and welcoming. The house itself was immaculate and we felt right at home. The hamper on arrival was a lovely touch and the large basket of toys and games for the children were great.

A brilliant place to base ourselves for a few days. The house is in a great location with two brilliant pubs (Plume and The Standard), a fantastic village shop and, of course, The Hidden Hut, all within easy reach. We also enjoyed Towan Beach and the ferry from Place across to St Mawes. Some great walks and places to explore from the doorstep. Thanks for having us.

We loved our stay at Claire’s property. Perfect location and close to all our favourite places. Welcome hamper & book full of places to visit, walks and eatery’s. Basket left for our baby dog which was appreciated and used. Claire was very responsive with all my pre messages ahead of our stay & we hope to stay again!! 💖

My favourite airbnb I have ever stayed at! The cottage is so beautiful and Oliver and Louise were so responsive and helpful with great tips for the area! The space was clean and tidy and had all the amenities you could need! Woody the lab is very sweet, we will miss him! Whenever I return to Cornwall I will book again without a shadow of a doubt!

Me and my partner loved spending our week off from work here. The location was absolutely perfect with stunning views and lovely walks. It is in a perfect location, around 20/30 minutes from nearby towns and coast. The hosts provided lovely honey, butter, bread and milk and the house itself was homely and clean. They were responsive but gave us privacy. It was very easy to find the property and easy to check in. We are very much looking forward to coming back to this property in the future. Everything was perfect for a stay-cation thank you so much :)

This little cosy cottage is just perfect . From the moment you enter through the garden to sitting inside there is an air of peace and relaxation . The garden and raised area above are not overlooked and you can see and hear the sea . The king sized bed is so so comfortable; the kitchen really well equipped and the lounge perfect for sitting relaxing or reading . Our four nights felt like a week . You can walk to the beach by two different paths and up the valley to the mill and Bryan’s to St Mawgan . We loved every minute of being there .
