Beachfront holiday rental in Fistral Beach

Wow - what an amazing place to stay! This is probably the most memorable AirBnB I have stayed in so far. You are right on the edge of the seafront and by the harbour, with the double aspect living room enabling you to see both - the sea views are just stunning. Margaret was a really friendly and communicative host, and the parking space is good. I would heartily recommend this as a great place to stay; it is just so special being able to look out and see the sea from bed, and to hear the waves lapping at the shore as you go to sleep or make your cup of tea in the morning.

Had a lovely weekend, the Wendy house was a perfect base for us to explore the local area! Close to the beach and would highly recommend x

A beautiful retreat in a stunning location. The cottage was beautifully presented, clean and welcoming. Not only that but the hosts also are very generous and add additional touches - lovely Bread, butter, fudge, milk,wine- which is lovely to arrive to. The location is fantastic, just by the beach. A stunning location. We had such a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone, we would definitely stay again.

So nice to arrive after a long journey to find the water hot with excellent shower facilities, a welcoming comfortable bed with good quality bedding. We were told it was dog friendly, so we were appreciative to find bowls, towel etc., should you forget. The location was ideal for exploring the North Coast and we made full use of our NT membership. Wonderful dog friendly beaches and eating establishments very accomodating. we particularly enjoyed Godrevy and Holywell Coves. ''Tap House'' in St Agnes is a must , great food reasonably priced , but make sure you book and allow time for parking.

Gareth was very friendly and responsive and allowed us to check in early as we arrived earlier than expected which we were really grateful for after a 6hr drive. Just be aware there isn’t a wardrobe which isn’t a issue if you’re there for a long weekend as living out of a suitcase isn’t that bad but when you’ve got a weeks worth of clothes for two people it’s a bit tricky. The views are amazing and exactly how they look in the pictures, and you’re a 5 min walk from the beach which is beautiful and dog friendly. There’s plenty of places to eat out and a Aldi close by if you want to eat in.

Barbara's house is wonderful. It has a stunning view over Mawgan Porth beach and you can walk down to the beach via the dunes. Sitting on the balcony in the evening enjoying the view is a treat! The house itself is lovely - compact but it has everything you need. Barbara is a very responsive and helpful host. I would very happily stay again!

Chris and Geoff were great hosts and very friendly. Flat was as described, had everything we needed and in a great location. Added bonus was a little visit from Gizmo the cat after leaving the flat door open one morning! We would recommend staying with Chris and Geoff.

We loved our stay here. The apartment was perfect for us - a family of 4 with 2 teens. There is so much to do on the estate - the pool and leisure area were great for rainy days. It was amazing to be able to walk to the beach and enjoy the cafe as well as being able to hire SUPs and wetsuits. Melanie was a great host and was really flexible in letting us change our arrival day (twice!) as well as enabling an early check in. There's loads to do in the area. Highly recommended!

I booked this as a surprise birthday get away for my wife and our two young children and it was the most perfect place I could have ever imagined. The view from the balcony is incredible, especially the sun rise (thanks to my youngest we never missed) is something worth waking up for. The entire house was spotless and the bed was so comfortable! Mel gave very detailed instructions on how to find the home, as well as some fantastic local recommendations. Excellent communication right up to the booking and was very helpful with extras for the kids! The beach is only a short downhill walk away, even quicker if you jump in the pushchair with the kids. The beach is quite small but was perfect for us. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a Cornish getaway and would definitely book again!

The flat was spotless clean and very well decorated. Perfect location for a walk into town and also a stroll to Gylly beach. The view from the window was a delight when opening the curtains in the morning. one thing to note is the flat is a top floor and there is no lift. we never used the Falmouth hotel for swimming or gym but we did find that the bar was a perfect place for a drink on the way out\way back. Would love to stay here again. Never had to contact Nicola during the stay due to no issue's, however we did receive regular updates from Nicola. perfect holiday thanks you Nicola.

It was so lovely to arrive ,open the door and be wowed by the place , it was comfortable and clean and Susanne had left some nice treatsfor us .she was available to contact for any questions and very friendly ,i would definately recomend her

we had a truly wonderful stay at maenporth . the apartment was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay . we really enjoyed the comfort and amenities of the apartment and the complex

Everything was as described by Anna, the Surf Shack was spotless and very well maintained. Anna's communication with us was brilliant since the beginning. The "welcome package" was a nice touch and the Surf Shack has everything you need for a lovely holiday. Essentially we used this place as a base to explore Cornwall, and even though the weather wasn't perfect with a few rainy and windy days, the truth is that we made the most of our time, always with something different to do and explore each day. The local mini-market and entertainment, the play areas and the beach also add extra value to this place. For us travelling with 2 kids, the Surf Shack was definitely a good choice and the kids didn't want to leave it! The only thing that could be improved are the bed mattresses, which could be more comfortable. Otherwise, nothing more to say except that we loved it. Thank you for having us!

Marcus's place was great for our visit to Cornwall. The apartment was very clean and in a nice building. Within walking distance to lots of restaurants and two beaches. When we got lost during check in Marcus was available over phone and he called us again later to make sure we got in okay. Very friendly!

This is the cleanest holiday rental we’ve ever stayed. Owners were lovely and couldn’t do enough to help. Beautiful property. Wonderful area. Pool was lovely. Highly recommend. The accommodation was modern and impeccably clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The hosts were very eager to help with anything we needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a welcoming stay in Cornwall.

We had a wonderful stay in Newquay and Mike’s place was perfect for us. There was plenty of room for five adults and the social space was great. You can’t get a better location than half way between fistral and the high street. This obviously comes with the down side of noise from the main road that goes past and the night life but I would say the location was worth it. The beds were comfortable and the space was very clean. Mike was on hand to help us check in and to show us where we could park the car. Would definitely recommend!

Could not recommend Beth’s place any more highly! The place was spotless, well equipped and in the perfect location. Will definitely be booking next time we’re in Fistral.

Amazing place to stay for our honeymoon. And we were very thankful for the champagne and card we received which was such a lovely gesture. Apartment was incredible with amazing views of the ocean and so close to all the beaches. Thanks again, we loved it!

One of the nicest stays I’ve had through this app. The flat was extremely cosy and well decorated, with a lovely balcony and view of the sea to finish it off! A special mention must go out to the sofa which was so so so comfy! You can be on the beach in under two minutes from this flat and there is a nice spot for drinks there as well! Overall an amazing stay and such a friendly and helpful host :)

The location and view is even more stunning than the pictures suggest. Went with two young kids who were obsessed watching the surfers everyday. A great location for exploring Cornwall.

Perfect location for those who like to park up and walk everywhere. It is a short distance to the town centre, harbour and Newquay beaches, Fistral being very close. The apartment has been refurbished and decorated with incredible attention to detail. Really lovely and very spacious. Parking is private and right outside which is a real bonus. There’s lots to do in Newquay and it is a great base from which to explore Cornwall.
