Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Newquay caters for everyone: the young, the old and the four-legged. Built brand new for 2019, The Nook is a compact, cosy self contained 1 bedroom chalet 50 yards from the cliff tops. It’s 104 yards from Porth beach and the entrance to the legendary Porth Island, where locals and tourist gather with their cameras to capture that perfect sunset. This location really is as good as it gets! Guests can also borrow the Kayak’s for an evening paddle round the island. The Nook is set into the rising hillside giving it the cosy and private feel its name suggests.

BLUE VIEW is a dog friendly one bedroom flat with private garden and communal heated pool (May-Sept) 5 mins walk to fistral beach. The flat is in a quiet complex perfect for a relaxing break. It has a balcony overlooking the pool and beach, as well as a private and secure decked garden. Well behaved dogs are welcome but please let us know when booking.
