This place was in a great location to the beach and not too far of a walk to town center. Darren’s communication and recommendations were great! The condo was clean and beds were very comfortable.

Great apartment with a beautiful view of the beach. Angie was super helpful and responsive, she made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment could have done with a little more thorough cleaning in the bedrooms but overall we really enjoyed our stay!

What a fabulous apartment overlooking Fistral beach. Lovely set of apartments, quiet, immaculately clean, furnished and decorated to a very high standard and everything you needed for a comfortable quiet home from home stay. View from balcony was amazing& allocated parking space right outside was a huge bonus for us. We were visiting family and a perfect location on the right side on Newquay. Beautiful walks, restaurants and a 10-15 min walk into town centre and harbour. It will definitely be a first choice when booking again if available . Louise was a friendly and very responsive host, who answered any questions promptly. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Many thanks& look forward to booking with you again.

Wonderful stay! From start to finish, this place exceeded all expectations. The apartment was exactly as pictured — clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Holly and Tim went above and beyond, I even attended the Thai chi classes when work commitments permitted , I would definitely recommend giving that a try. The location was perfect, within walking distance to local restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach, health clubs and spas. I felt right at home and truly enjoyed my time here. Highly recommend! I will definitely be booking with Holly and Tim again and look forward to seeing them when I’m back in Cornwall. Christian

Amazing place to stay for our honeymoon. And we were very thankful for the champagne and card we received which was such a lovely gesture. Apartment was incredible with amazing views of the ocean and so close to all the beaches. Thanks again, we loved it!

Fantastic stay at this location with everything as expected . A minor point to suggest, some easy read information to deal with heating & appliance workings would be a useful addition.

Stayed here for the long weekend. The place has a wonderful view of the sea and is very spacious. Instructions were super clear. Plenty of utensils in the kitchen and well stocked. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect little flat for our holiday - walking distance from the beach and a great base for exploring the coast. The place is so well put together and fully equipped, Toby (our dog) particularly liked the dog treats which were left! Will be coming back!

Our second stay in this two story beachside apartment and we extended our trip this time. Perfect for small families wanting a cosy stay with a short walk down to the beach each day to run off energetic little ones. All you need in the space which is well equipped and a peaceful place to be and people watch from the fantastic window spot in the kitchen/sofa space. Owners are lovely and really responsive. We have had two wonderful holidays here. Thank you!

Beautifully presented studio unit. Top location. Great instructions for checking in. Friendly coffee shop down stairs. The only thing to be careful of are the stairs up to the unit as they are steep with deep risers and may be difficult for the elderly or mobility impaired.

The apartment was spacious, modern and clean, with a great view of Tolcarne beach, would love to stay there again

Perfect stay at the Snug! Jackie was there to welcome us and to see us off, with an extra special gift when we left. The Snug is decorated perfectly, clean, with everything you need and more! Great location, you can drive into and out of town and to the beaches, even walk if you don’t mind a few hills. Couldn’t fault the snug overall and would happily return.

The location and view is even more stunning than the pictures suggest. Went with two young kids who were obsessed watching the surfers everyday. A great location for exploring Cornwall.

It's hard to put it into words how special this apartment is. Alicia was a fantastic host and very responsive both before and during our holiday. The sunsets were stunning and everything you needed was in the apartment. Crantock was only a 10 minute walk away and the village itself has 2 great pubs and a little cafe/takeaway too. It isn't a negative and definitely wouldn't put us off but when all apartments are full parking was a bit tricky (we have a 4x4) , the hosts were great and very clear but you are relying on other guests parking correctly. We most definitely return, it was by far the best holiday we have had in Cornwall and perfect for our 2 young boys!

The lady was lovely, so friendly and accommodating. Such a nice place for a relaxing getaway. The farm shop at the top of the road did good breakfast. Would go back. Thank you

Beautiful home with incredible views. Close to a lovely country park and 10 mins away from some great beaches. The views from the annex are glorious and inside the home was pristine and finished to a great standard. The stair gate and high chair were lovely additions considering we had two toddlers with us! Thanks again for being so accommodating Cathie!

Booked Steph's place as a birthday weekend treat for myself and my friends, it was easy to find, clean and as described. Steph provided clear check in descriptions and also a guide on how to find it. the hot tub was a lovely touch and the apartment was spacious and clean. would recommend if you need some R&R .

We had a fantastic stay here with our dog. Beautiful views and conveniently located to visit many of the stunning surrounding areas. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely place with beautiful little beach/ cove within walking distance. I would definitely recommend. Needed a place to visit child at university and this fitted and exceeded the bill.

Absolutely beautiful apartment and location. Furniture and decoration wonderful. All instructions and recommendations were brilliant. Great base for travelling around Cornwall and going back to in the evenings. Stunning view and wonderfully clean public areas. The balcony was quite dirty ( not just the fault of the seagulls) and the outdoor furniture tired. Overall we loved it and were sad to leave today. We didn’t need to contact the host at all.

Had a great stay. Lovely beaches short 10 minute drive. Great for dogs. Was our dogs first holiday and he had the time of his life. Would recommend this to anyone and I'd love to stay there again. Thanks Garry
