A stunning set of 18th century chateau doors divide the living and bedrooms and provide the 'wow factor' of this charming find. The city's top eateries are a stone's throw away : Roots, The Star Inn The City, Betty's, Skosh, Partisan, Le Cochon Aveugle, as well as numerous pubs and bars; a gentle stroll back home at night. The beautifully restored medieval buildings of Stonegate and the Shambles provide the perfect setting for some last minute shopping. It has 180 degree views over Langland Bay which can be enjoyed from the bright & airy open plan living space as well as from the balcony. The apartment is ideally located only a short walk from Langland Beach and 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes walk to the picturesque village of Mumbles. This is a perfect base to explore the beaches of Gower and enjoy the surf, swimming, sunbathing and walking on offer.

The Sea Room at Lion House

The Sea Room is a glorious 2-bedroom flat situated on Marina in St. Leonards. The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area.
