Me and my partner have just finished our stay with alpine grove and would highly recommend visiting. We stayed in the woodpecker lodge and from the log burner to the hot tub everything about this lodge was perfect, Kieth and Serena service is amazing and we can’t wait to visit again soon. Thank you again for such an amazing stay.

Stayed here for a weekend away with my partner and loved every second. The cabin was spotlessly clean and just as described with all of the amenities. As the photos show, it is surrounded by nature and has no overlooking properties so you can really enjoy the views. The host was super friendly and reached out with useful information about the place and things to do in the nearby area which was super helpful. The location of the cabin is perfect as there was so many things to do and places to see only a short drive from the cabin. We were spoilt for choice. We especially loved the hot tub which was very relaxing in the evening as you could look out over the fields and at all of the local wildlife. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

We were looking for a last minute break and we are SO glad we found Frankie and Jonathan’s place! It was cosy, peaceful and full of nearby woodland to walk and explore. Coming back to a toasty hot tub at the end of the day was a real highlight too! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to our friends and family, and would love to come back again too.

Could not recommend this place enough for a little getaway for family, friends or couples. Located in the most gorgeous area with beautiful views, close to the Yorkshire dales/moors so lots of places to go for walks. Hot tub, fire/bbq located right outside your cabin for evenings when you want to stay & relax 🫶🏻

Stayed here for the weekend with friends and our children, it was absolutely amazing. Beautiful surroundings in an extremely peaceful location. lovely little welcome hamper which included bird seed, this little touch made our mornings as we watched all kinds of brids on the decking, and even a red squirrel. saw a deer too, peeping at us over the fence opposite. Richard was very responsive and kindly let us check out later so we could explore more of the woodland on our doorstep. will definitely be back

We had a lovely time staying in the cabin! It's in a lovely area and was very cosy to stay in. The hot tub was a brilliant addition and made for a nice luxury treat too!

We absolutely loved our stay! Sharon and David could not have been more friendly and welcoming, and they made sure arriving and checking in was a simple process. The cabin itself is nestled in the side of a hill with a lovely view. It's warm, comfortable and homely - and the hot-tub is a nice addition for after a long walk. There are plenty of trails for hiking, you'll run out of time before you exhaust the routes. We will definitely be back, and can't recommend the cabin enough!

Such a friendly family nothing too much trouble, amazing cabin looked after and cared for with all little touches, loved the outsde view, loved her dogs and horses , got to be one of the best self catering I have stayed in thank you xxx

Alayne & Clare are easy to communicate with. They made sure I had all the information needed for my travels and when booking in. The cabin has everything you need and everything is well thought of - inside and out. Outside is well lit for the darker hours or if you just want to enjoy the pitch black you can switch the lights off. Inside you have plenty of logs and a heater in case to keep you warm, hot running water and a good shower. The bed and bedding are super comfortable and I had a great sleep on both nights. Kitchen has everything you need for simple cooking and coffee and tea to enjoy. The fire pit and the deck area are great extensions on the outside area. I cooked my meal on both evenings on the fire pit and it was tasty! The place is super clean, even dogs are allowed to stay. The area has great walks and beautiful views. You can really switch off and enjoy the peace, quiet and nature. Thank you for the whole family for a great memorable stay and being so welcoming!

My partner, Ben, and I just stayed here for his 30th birthday. With our super hectic work lives, this was the perfect getaway for us. The cabin itself was beautiful - I absolutely loved the interior and the way the space was laid out. Everything felt so homely and well put together (I may have stolen a few ideas for our own home renovation haha). The views were second to none, offering beautiful sunrises, sunsets, stargazing and picturesque scenery. Both Ben and I grew up in/traveling to West Wales, yet we still discovered new places and activities, thanks to the recommendation booklet provided. Newport Beach was a highlight for us and we would highly recommend visiting if you stay here. It was a perfect beach for the dogs and we thoroughly enjoyed. Diolch yn fawr, John and Natasha, for a brilliant stay and for our first experience using Airbnb. Everything was seamless from start to finish and we could not recommend highly enough!

We loved this place thank you , we didn’t arrive into 7pm and had to leave at 11am which was a shame as we would have liked longer . The little extra that make a difference to a stay like washing up liquid, kitchen roll , tin foil etc were all there. Plenty of towels and snuggly blankets , clean and well equipped kitchen . Lovely bedding . We would like longer next time but were really glad of a one night stay before meeting friends for the zipworld forest coaster . Nice enclosed garden for furry friends

What can I say about Chris’ s Cabin… the perfect little spot on the prairie, although not the prairie but a lovely private part of her own garden. Tall hedges all around, private parking just outside the gate. Great sized patio area with plenty of garden furniture for those sunnier days. On entering it was just as described, spotless and clean and after the wall heaters had been on a while it was lovely and cosy. Given the outside temperature was around -3 in the wind. March at its best! Lit the log fire and we nearly had to strip down to shorts and t shirts, warms the whole cabin very quickly. Two great comfy sofas and rugs, the kitchenette is ideal for breakfasts and snacks for tea time if you don’t eat out. Comfy bed and hot shower! Being in Haggerston, you’re right in the middle of Berwick, Holy Island, Alnwick. Great Beach’s Chris and her communication was brilliant. Would love to go again, faultless!

We had the most wonderful stay with Amanda. The Cabin is in the most peaceful and private location and was immaculately clean, had everything and more that you would need and many extremely well thought out additional touches. There is a pub within a 10 min walk and Perranporth, St Ives and Falmouth were withing a 30 min drive, so we found the location excellent too for exploring west Cornwall.

Had a great weekend away. Very good service everything was as described in the listing and the cabin was in a beautiful spot next to the lake. Would visit again 💯

It was an absolute treat to stay at the orchard retreat. Very peaceful but close to everything you need/ places to visit. 15 min walk to Saundersfoot and very short drive to Tenby and Pembroke. The place itself is even cosier and lovelier than in the photos. We particularly loved the outdoor bath! Thank you to Richard and Rosanne for being such kind and responsive hosts. Don’t hesitate to book !

The cabin is a little piece of heaven. The setting is absolutely gorgeous, it was like being in another world. The cabin had absolutely everything we needed, the wood burner was amazing, bed super comfy and cosy and the kitchen had everything we needed. We felt so comfortable and at home here, choosing to spend the afternoons back at the cabin after walking and exploring in the mornings. David was brilliant, friendly and helpful and very laid back about our (uncharacteristically) barky dogs! What an absolute gem this spot is - we will be back!

The place was peaceful and much bigger than we expected. The jacuzzi was the cherry on the cake, and we loved every minute. Even though there was a slight issue with an unexpected security deposit once we checked with AirB&B the hosts didn’t try to ask for it in the end anyway and everyone was friendly and left us to our privacy. We had a fabulous stay at the cabin. It’s so homely,clean and has everything you need and more. Laurence and Annette are perfect hosts and communicated everything really well whether it be info about the cabin or giving advice about the activities on the site. A perfect peaceful setting with beautiful forest walks literally from the garden gate! We would love to return!

Had the absolute best few days at Rachel’s cabin. Having grown up and owned a family cabin on the same site it was amazing to be able to go back and revisit. Rachel’s cabin was even nicer than the one we had, it’s peaceful and private and has everything you could possibly need to relax and unwind and switch off from the world. I’ve already recommended it to friends and family and we will definitely be coming back. Rachel was incredibly helpful and easy to talk to. Highly recommend

Absolutely beautiful, a total gem! So lovely, we extended our stay! The cabin is the middle sized of the glamping accommodation and is so cozy. The wood fire heats the place quickly and efficiently. Even in the rain it felt so peaceful. The hosts are fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

We had a lovely relaxing weekend Piggywood. We had a bit of trouble finding it in the dark, but the hosts were very responsive and helpful! The Cabin is wonderful and we enjoyed watching the wildlife. It's everything you need for a chilled weekend away from it all. We would highly recommend a stay here and would 100% book again.
