We had a lovely stay here, Nick was an excellent host, greeted us on arrival and very helpful with local info. Nick responded almost immediately to messages and had the pool ready for us to use as and when we requested. The kids had so much fun in the pool, the floats and toys left out to use were an added bonus! House was spotless and perfectly equipped. Would definitely Recommend and would happily return. Emily and Daniel were brilliant hosts and very easy to communicate with. Their home is beautiful and it was spotlessly clean too. Their pool area is stunning so if you get the weather it’s a really lovely space to enjoy. I would recommend this to anyone looking to spend time in this area, just be aware that the pool area is shared with their home. We were staying as did the Seven Sisters hike one day (40mins drive away). Thank you again for a lovely stay.

We had a great 4 nights at Lucy’s. The garden is breathtaking, the pool lovely and a short walk takes you to the historic pub (complete with Morris Dancers). Lucy was very welcoming and friendly and the house comfortable and within easy travelling distance of some of the best parts of the Cotswolds. We would love to return. Thanks Lucy!

This is a gorgeous cottage set in the middle of countryside (but easy to get out & about in the car). The kitchen is huge and with everything you need, with several options for outdoor dining to make the most of the lovely garden. Beds are comfy with decent sized rooms, but the standout attraction is of course the pool…heated so that we (with two young kids) could enjoy it for several hours each day of our stay without anyone getting bored or chilly. Lorna & Dean v friendly & helpful hosts. Highly recommend; only caveat - while we had a great weekend here with our toddler in tow, we were outdoors for most of the time; the cottage is decorated beautifully and has flagstone flooring throughout the downstairs which are not always compatible / relaxing with an energetic 2 year old.

Cedar House is simply stunning. Beautiful gardens and surroundings, very comfortable and spacious property with everything you need. The pool and spa are a delight and I couldn't recommend highly enough. Kelly as a host is great as well, good at responding and clear with information, nothing was too much trouble. Overall, a brilliant place, would definitely recommend.

We had the most wonderful time - when we got there we couldn't believe our eyes. Often places aren't as nice as the photos but this was even better than the photos! An absolutely beautiful place with everything you could need. Emma was so helpful and friendly too. Can't wait to go back!

We had a glorious stay at The Roundhouse. The facilities were fantastic and the views were gorgeous! a highlight was watching the hares running around the field! Great location with lots to do in the area - we loved Chatsworth House and exploring Bakewell! The pool was spotless - a tad colder than expected but we had lots of fun!

Me and my Girlfriend decided to stay here last minute and it surpassed all expectations. The peace and quiet was so welcomed and we loved the wood burner during the evenings. We were delighted with the modern design inside but also having the novelty of staying in a treehouse! Thank you for a lovely stay and clear directions for our arrival. Lucy’s cottage is stunning! Even more beautiful than the pictures! We had a really lovely time - Youlgreave is a wonderful village with 3 pubs, cafe’s and a little shop, plus being close to other attractions in the Peak District! Fabulous host, brilliant location, beautiful cottage!

Extremely peaceful and private location. The property is really nicely decorated with a massive comfy bed. Annie the host was really friendly and attentive. We had a lovely stay.

Had a wonderful stay, the barn is amazing and was the perfect backdrop for our week away! Amazingly clean and comfortable and the beds were super comfy. Sonia and Adam were warm, friendly and welcoming 😊

We loved the Little Forge! Such a nice cottage and would highly recommend for anyone after a peaceful Cotswolds getaway. Bledington is beautiful and the village pub on the green is only a 2 minute walk.

The Old Sunday School is incredible. Property: 5* in every way, super clean, lush decor, smells like a spa! parking is right outside. the patio and view are stunning. bathrooms, shower all amazing. comfy bed, lots of storage space. Hosts: Jay and Lisa are lovely, they are next door but not imposing at all. super helpful and knowledgeable, we enjoyed chatting to them. Leonard is obviously the most important one and he is adorable! Area: the field below the patio was superb for our 2 black labradors, just a short walk away is a woodland walk, just magical in the early morning sunshine. short drive are some lovely country parks and places to eat. the super generous welcome gifts were very much enjoyed. we can't wait to book a return visit.

Amazing kitchen we both loved cooking in our tapas meal in it. It was great to have a selection of herbs and spices already in the kitchen. Everything clean and tidy . Wonderful place to stay and hope to come back soon :). Hope you have good clutch control getting out the drive way aha. Thank you for having us

Tigh A'Mhulillin is a beautiful and peaceful place. We've just spent a week enjoying spectacular weather and scenery and observing the wildlife from the house. The house is immaculate, well equipped and extremely comfortable with lovely touches. Jamie has thought of everything. Thank you.

We used Evelyn's place as a base for exploring the Northern part of Skye. The view and sense of space were worth every penny. When it was warm sitting on top of the hill behind the house was a great viewpoint and when it was too cold to sit outside the view from the main room was brilliant. This is a fantastic place to stay for a short break, house is lovely, clean and most important a comfy bed, parking in the drive and the view is incredible. Walked along the coast to thinkers hill and the former lime kilns. Meal at the Anchor hotel, and ice cream at the wee cafe. Will definately visit again, thanks Loren

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely holiday home in St. Margaret’s at Cliffe. The place was spotless upon arrival and immediately felt warm and welcoming. The view was absolutely stunning — waking up to such a breathtaking panorama each morning was a real treat. The kitchen was very well-equipped with everything I needed to cook comfortably, and the cozy living room was the perfect spot to relax in the evenings. Overall, a fantastic stay — I would definitely love to come back!

Joe was an amazing host it was our first holiday away and for my little dog to we got ourselves bit lost gave Joe a call it wasn’t a problem he gave very good instructions and we found him and had the best greeting from Joe and Ernie the cottage was absolutely stunning the grounds are breath taking it’s literally a slice of heaven my little dog loved his stay just as much and his new friend Ernie Joe was incredible the whole time couldn’t of asked for better at all we have booked our second stay already it was that amazing keep it up Joe it’s truely amazing

Laura’s place is an absolute gem! It is so tastefully designed and well appointed. The location itself is very special too. Everything has been thought of for a comfortable stay. I loved lighting a fire at night and looking out to the garden in the morning. Laura is super warm and welcoming—knowledgeable about the area too. This stay is one of the best in my books to date! Absolutely worth a visit.

Wonderful spacious, well-appointed property, in quiet location ideally suited to visiting the beach or Broads. Plenty of room for the six of us, plus dogs both inside and outside and the enclosed garden was perfect and safe for the grandchildren and dogs. Nicole was such a fabulous host, it’s clear she has set out to ensure everyone has a fantastic stay. Communication was quick and had recommendations for food locally. I loved the little luxury details - beautiful fluffy towels, gorgeous cookies, a good fan, shampoos, conditioner, dog treats and towels etc. A very lovely stay, walking distance to the town where we met very friendly locals. Would definitely stay again 🥰
