'THE PLACE' - Boutique Guesthouse in City Centre!!

Welcome to 'The Place' Boutique Guesthouse! Situated within the heart of Belfast City Centre, 'The Place' is the ideal spot for any discerning traveller visiting Belfast, whether business or pleasure. We are located along Belfast's Malone Place - an area steeped in history, with this particular property dating back to 1855, making it 165 years old! The property has recently undergone a major refurbishment, with no expense spared, resulting in this ultra modern, beautiful and tranquil sanctuary.

The Carriage

The Carriage offers our guests a stay within a converted railway carriage. Departing for its final journey in 1952, has since been restored to its former glory. Sitting proudly on the station platform, located on the ground floor. This stunning King bedroom maintains all of it's original character, while providing guests with the luxury features you would expect. At the front of the carriage, you will find the large walk in rainfall shower, complete with a deep copper sink and copper fittings.

Cosy little Room by the Castle, + parking.

This Room by the Castle is in an old Grade 2 listed building alongside the Castle walls of the beautiful town of Conwy. We are ideally located for easy access the Snowdonia National Park, ideal for climbers, walkers, hikers, and those who love the outdoors, & various adventure activities are all within an easy drive. With private parking, and nearby access to public transport, beaches, town centers, quayside, traditional pubs, and restaurants, make it a perfect destination for your holiday.

The Venice Suite at Ffarm Country House

Ffarm Country House is a marvellous Grade II listed manor house dating from 1706. With many unusual architectural features inside and out the Ffarm has a wealth of character and charm. Now operated as a boutique hotel, the Ffarm has a total of 10 en-suite guest rooms of which the Venice Suite is the most spacious. Situated within 2 acres of private grounds in the quiet village of Betws-yn-Rhos it provides the perfect spot to base an exploration of the North Wales countryside.

Number Four at the Hugo - King Junior Suite Canterbury

Wake up to a freshly brewed Nespresso coffee before heading out into the historic city of Canterbury. This breathtaking room will amaze and enthral with its rich colour scheme, seating area, large shower room, and sumptuous king-sized bed. You have full, private access to your room and en-suite shower room, just like in a hotel. We provide daily servicing between 11am and 3pm. Check-in is fully automated. Please note that this is a listed building; access is via stairs.

Loch Ness

Named after the most famous loch in Scotland, the Loch Ness room sleeps 4 people (1 double or twin beds and bunk beds) and offers and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. This room also boasts an outside terrace with amazing views over the Fort Augustus and the River Oich. We are also dog friendly are happy to welcome well behaved pets with responsible owners. We will even provide a bed for the extra family member. (There is an additional charge of £20 per pet).

The ‘Love Letter’ room is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. This property’s ideal location provides the perfect base for exploring the stunning Folkestone coast or for a pre-crossing rest, being just 3 miles away from the Channel Tunnel, offering free parking and being connected to one of the areas most renowned restaurants. The central location means guests can benefit from being surrounded by an array of restaurants, cafes and shops.

Woods View Room - The Lodges at Feldon Valley

Our Lodges consist of 25 ensuite bedrooms spread across 5 buildings, set in woodland running parallel to our golf course. The Main Lodge consists of 13 bedrooms in 3 room types across the ground and first floor levels. In the Main Lodge you will also find our Reception and Hotel Bar. Leading away from the Main Lodge, on the raised boardwalk that meanders through the woodlands, are the 4 individual lodge - each with three ensuite bedrooms.

Anna's House in Thornham is the perfect place to escape from the world for a few days. This luxury double bedroom with king size bed on the first floor with a fabulous ensuite bathroom and 'His' and 'Her' shower. Flat panel TV and moody lighting. Gorgeous property close to the beach, nature reserves, lovely upscale pubs and restaurants are just a short walk away as well as artisan shops and specialist food places.
