Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Appalachian Mountains

We had an amazing time! Stayed with a group of 8 girls for my bachelorette party. The house was the perfect size and layout, super cute and clean. The outdoor area downstairs was a great place to hangout and the heated pool was a major bonus. The location couldn't be better, walked to the bars, restaurants, coffee shops, market, and beach. The hosts also had 2 boat options to rent for a day trip, we went with the yacht and it was perfect, so lush and convenient. Jessie was super proactive and helpful with communication, the trip went on without a hitch.

We enjoyed our stay on the river while our house was being renovated. We had everything we needed for home away from home.

This home was exceptionally beautiful, clean and comfy. It was as described. It is on a busy street which gives easy access to the highways, but you don't hear the traffic noise once inside. It really was so peaceful and quite inside. I traveled with my pups and it was easy to take them for a walk up and down the street. One bedroom is slightly out of the main house space, my teenager loved that option and felt like he had his own space and that made the stay extra nice for him. Beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. It was a great stay and would stay here again on any future visits to the area.

Our family was in town for a wedding and it was the perfect place for us to be. We didn’t get to spend as much time at the place as we had wished as there were many fun things to do outside but our time there was delightful, and the accommodations were exactly as described. Plenty of room for all of us.

everything was great. My family and I had a great experience. Only thingbis that the driveway is a little steep, but Marina warned us about that ahead time. overall great experience, definitely recommend!

very quiet, clean, comfortable overall. spacious huge backyard with birds and nature everywhere. Quietest street I believe I've ever stayed on. Inside was spacious and nicely furnished , everything clean and comfy. Minutes from everything in Raleigh. great host, took care of everything...A++++++ thank you Midge

Randy's place will be the first place I look for on my return. He was friendly and very helpful to me finding things to do and see. His place was clean, and most of all very cozy. It was private with a small porch to sit and have morning coffee outside. Only a 2 mile drive to the ocean beach was a plus. Convenience grocery store right across the street. Awesome place.

This was a gift for my in-laws, and they had a wonderful time. Said the place was clean and they loved being so close to the beach. Spent a lot of time going to restaurants in Villas as well as Cape May. Would love to go back!

What a hidden gem! Super cozy, quiet and felt right at home upon arrival. Great location within walking distance of all of the downtown restaurants and shops. Cant wait to visit again!

We spent 3 nights here for my lab’s birthday and it was the perfect spot for taking a dog to the beach. Freeman Park couldn’t be more conveniently located and was so nice to enjoy. I have absolutely no complaints about our stay!

Everything was just as advertised. Richard is a fantastic host, very gracious and accommodating to his guests. The area is quiet, beautiful and everyone we met was very nice and welcoming.

An absolute gem of a place. Location is perfect. 20min to broadway 30min to barefoot. Steps from the beach. Pools, hot tubs, gyms etc. Wal-Mart directly across the street from the entrance of the resort. The unit itself was absolutely beautiful and same goes for the view. Unit was super clean and even provided beach chairs, beach toys and a boogie board for the kids. My wife and daughters had an amazing time. The two bedroom two bath set up definitely helps having kids with you. Can’t say enough good things about our stay. We’ll definitely be back.

This was the perfect place for our weekend getaway! Heather was super nice and responsive and her place was so cute and exactly like the pictures. It was walkable from multiple restaurants/bars and the beach and had a nice view of the water from the deck. If you wanted to go to any other restaurants that weren’t walking distance, they were only a short drive/uber away. We had such a great experience and will definitely be reaching back out to Heather when we come back down to visit to stay here again!!

Crystal’s place was super awesome. Ten times previous better than an Airbnb that I rented in 2022. I thought about not ever renting an Airbnb ever again. But this gave me hope.
