Luxury rentals in Appalachian Mountains

This home provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and super rejuvenating long weekend. The well-curated AD design and amenities, including a dry sauna, big screen TVs, and an outdoor hot tub, were perfect for our group. The weekend plan was for something both relaxing and easy (my partner said he had the best sleep of his year here). It was snowy which was absolutely magical, and the combination of snow and hot tub was surprisingly like Iceland. While the nearby town offered pretty limited options, it was cute and very small town Hallmark movie. We enjoyed a nice brunch at the recommended restaurant, Blackwell, and the Calicoon Brewery (which was actually a bar) across the street. If you plan to cook, a trip to a larger grocery store before you arrive is necessary. Local shops have limited variety and quality. The only challenge we encountered was navigating the snowy driveway. It requires a car with 4-wheel drive — as does the overall area.

Genadi was an amazing host! How was beautiful and exceeded all of our expectations!! It was the perfect distance from town/beach. If we ever come back to Nantucket we will stay here.

Having rented houses in the Cape for over 10 years and typically opting for luxury accommodations, I can confidently say that this house is the best rental we've ever experienced. It far exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtful details and amenities that truly made this house feel like a home away from home. The pool and hot tub were highlights of our trip, offering a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The steam room/shower was a luxurious bonus that added to the spa-like experience. GREAT game room downstairs with air hockey, shuffleboard, pool, and a movie theater. The backyard is a private oasis, ideal for relaxation or entertaining, while the living room and kitchen are both top-notch, fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms are comfortable and HUGE. If you’re looking for a place that combines luxury, comfort, and endless entertainment, this is the one!

This was my 33rd year of hosting High school and mutual friends for our Annual Motorcycle trip. We had people from Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky< Texas, and Ontario, Canada to enjoy this beautiful home. We get together once a year and use the home as a base for gathering, yet we ride all day on the beautiful winding roads of the South.

We had a truly lovely stay at this beautifully decorated Airbnb. The setting was serene and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was being able to walk down to the private beach, where we spent quality time together as a family. It felt like a hidden gem! The home itself was cozy and well-appointed, with thoughtful touches throughout. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and are already looking forward to coming back to this same spot. We were treated very well by our host and he responded quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a quiet, picturesque escape.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! This home felt perfect for two families to share, with plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. Our kids had a blast, and the unforgettable views made every moment special. The legendary hot tub was a huge highlight, especially after a day of exploring. The soaring ceilings enhanced the spectacular scenery, and the modern, stylish aesthetic made the home feel both inviting and luxurious. We loved the king-sized beds and enormous bathrooms, which added to the overall comfort. The short, easy commute to Mont Tremblant was a big plus, and having great restaurants and supermarkets nearby made everything super convenient.

Located in the heart of downtown, spacious and modern 3-story townhouse located on the second floor (no elevator) with a nice outdoor patio. Perfect home base for a 3-day visit with my husband and college-aged kids. Walkable, safe, and close to the Metro stop. Tons of restaurants and great shopping nearby. Parking garage conveniently located a few blocks east that can fit a full-sized SUV. Phil is a great host- very responsive and accommodating. Like other reviews have mentioned, the overnight street noise is unavoidable, from late night glass bottle recycling to early morning construction. That comes with the city location. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs and a white noise machine. That said, we all had a great time!

Zach took great care of us from booking to checkout. He provides clear and simple instructions and any assistance needed along the way. The house was as beautiful and entertaining as the surrounding area. The view from the balconies, and from inside because of many big windows and glass doors, was as good as anywhere you could drive to within probably hundreds of miles. The pool was gorgeous, and other games and activities at the house were great fun! Plenty of space. From our family, we sincerely thank you, Zach!
