Terrific house for a small family, 1 min walk to the beach! It was very clean, and we appreciated the goodies. Stefania was very accommodating with our checkout. Highly recommend!

Sarah’s place was amazing! It was within walking distance to the beach. Able to do the walk with ease multiple times a day. The beach items she had were very helpful for days at the beach. It’s also within walking distance to the Main Street area with lots of restaurants, shops and an awesome brewery. An even shorter walk to Bert’s! The home had ample space where you felt free to move around. The screened in porch was a great bonus!

Had an amazing time here and didn’t want to leave! Our favorites were the location (across the street from the beach) and hot tub. I was especially impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was - we never needed to buy coffee or spices for cooking.

Both Steve and the cohost were quick to respond as well as working with our check-in schedule, which was most appreciated! Also, the place was better than the pictures could even show as well as all of the amenities, including beach, chairs and beach towels. You literally could go with an overnight bagand be right at home. I will definitely be back this year!

We had a very pleasant stay at Rosemary's cosy cottage. Everything was exactly as described. At first view we found the place a bit small for two couples, but in the end we did not mind because everything is so well arranged. And when the weather is nice you are going to spend most of the time in the courtyard or in one of the pleasant villages in the surroundings. Perfectly equipped kitchen if for once you prefer dining "at home". And Rosemary is a perfect host. Thank you.

William was a wonderful host for our family members in town after we had to get them out abruptly from another stay due to a safety concern. He accommodated an early check in and early check out and was very kind in his communications. He even offered a military discount which we so very much appreciated after being out the money from the first stay. The place was larger than it looks from the outside, right by the water and nicely decorated. Backyard would have been great with pets. Very close to all local restaurants and boardwalk! If we have family in town again we will certainly rebook! Thank you again!

I had a very enjoyable stay. The cottage was spotless, very clean, beds were comfortable, it was exactly how it is depicted and described. I needed a place to decompress after my dad’s funeral and this was just the place. I traveled with my German Shepherd and we were able to take long walks on the beach right across the street. The host was very responsive to any questions I had and communicated when the place was ready early. Would totally recommend.

This was exactly what my family needed for our trip to be perfect. The house was far enough from center street to be quiet and peaceful, but so close to the beach so that the kids could easily walk. The back deck was a great afternoon reading spot and the hot tub was the perfect way to end an evening after getting the little ones to bed. My husband even made use of the surf boards (or at least tried to!). We will definitely look to book this stay for our yearly trip in 2026!

Jerry's place was clean and cozy. Everything was supplied as promised and it was a great quiet getaway from the city for a couple days. Great place to chill with my family and the dogs! Would recommend!

House is bigger than the pictures, we loved the house, it was so cozy, perfect for our little family getaway. Location was so accessible and neighborhood is so paceful. LOVED IT!!! Thank you Billy for this great rental!! <3

Such a special and beautiful place to stay while visiting Chapel Hill/Carrboro. Perfect location just outside of town, not too far, not in the hustle and bustle of the city. Had everything we needed. Really enjoyed sitting on the back porch and listening to the birds during migration season!

Much nicer in person than in the photos. Felt private. Family/kid and dog friendly. Nice outdoor area. House was clean and nicely decorated.

Beautiful spot with a fun vibe! Was able to cook a nice meal in the kitchen. Loved the candles. Appreciated that there was a Bluetooth speaker (forgot mine). Staircase could be challenging for some folks, and mind the ceiling on the way up (bumped my head a couple times). Had some next-door AirBnB neighbors but only passed each other a couple times. Overall great stay and would recommend!

We had a sisters weekend at Connie's and it was great! Her home was so cozy and comfortable and well stocked with everything you might need. She was very attentive and communication with her was always so fast. We even had the chance to meet her, and she was so nice! We would definitely stay here again.

Shirley’s place was super cute and cozy! The place had everything we needed and felt really welcoming from the moment we walked in. We loved how peaceful and quiet it was!

went for a birthday getaway, we were blown away! she surprised us with different kinds of Birthday goodies. the attention to small details and things to make our stay more convenient was exceptional! we felt safe and was able to really relax, unwind and rejuvenate! will definitely be going back.
