Midtown Historic Designer Apartment, Aiden

Look across the leafy courtyard from the sun room of a landmark building in Atlanta. Built in 1907 by the famed Southern architect G.L. Norman, this restored apartment boasts eclectic accents such as stained-glass windows and original hardwood floors. This unit is on the first floor level, with an expansive sunroom overlooking the courtyard on historic Ponce De Leon Avenue. Please note that this is an urban setting. The building has been restored with new windows, doors and drywall, even so you will hear faint noises of the city. You will have access to your private unit on the first floor and gated parking for one car. Christina is always available by message should you need her. The apartment is in The Woodruff on Ponce that’s located near all things Atlanta. It’s a few blocks from Ponce City Market, the beltline, and Piedmont Park. Many well-known Atlanta eateries including Mary Mac's Tea Room, Bon Ton and Pappi's are close by. The Woodruff is on the bus line, close to two Marta Stations (Peachtree Center and Midtown Arts)and uber is always within 2 minutes. The city also has Bird and Lime scooters as well as motorized and non motorized bikes. If you are traveling with a car you will have one off street, gated assigned parking space. We can provide only one parking space per reservation. The building has a total of six units. Urban noises may be heard at times. Pets are considered, please ask before booking. You will be given a key fob to enter building and a electronic gate opener if you have a car. If either are lost there will be a $200 replacement fee.
