Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

This apartment is centrally located in popular Hamburg-Altona (Ottensen). The well-designed 65 sqm apartment has three rooms. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, there is a bedroom, a living room and a dining room. Connected to the kitchen, you can also relax on the balcony. The bedroom faces the rear courtyard and is quietly located. It has a comfortable 2 m x 1.60 m bed with two blankets + pillows. Bed linen and towels are included.

With huge windows, you can enjoy the view of the lively "Notting Hill" here and have your peace in the bedroom, as it goes out to the backyard. On the upper floor (space-saving stairs, see photos) box spring bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), satellite TV, large desk with view. In front of the cottage is a pretty little garden seating area with private dike access. We look forward to seeing you!
