It was really beautiful . The house, the furnishings and the surroundings are very tastefully and give a real holiday feeling. Everything is created and furnished with a lot of love. Really great. There is a public transport connection and by car you can reach the center of Hamburg in 20 minutes. Holger has valuable tips and tricks for all projects. We were absolutely delighted and are happy to recommend this property

Unfortunately, the building services crashed on the second day. Stefan was immediately available and organized technicians for the next day. Unfortunately, they could not solve the problem directly and had to leave again without having achieved anything. I assume that the problem was resolved quickly after arrival. Without the control via the tablets, some things were not usable/controllable. Stefan couldn't do anything about this, but he was always available immediately, whether by WhatsApp or call. The house is very luxurious and large. Ideal for a large family/group. Despite the failure of the building services, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

We booked very short notice, then Holger contacted us immediately and was very quick on site when we arrived. Check-in was straightforward. We got all the important information about the area. We stayed in an apartment in the attic, which was well equipped and clean. However, access was only possible through the apartment in the basement, which is a bit peculiar. The area is very quiet (rural), as there are no restaurants or cafes nearby, you are dependent on self-catering. Since we were traveling by bike and had no food with us, the place was not so optimal for us. The nearest supermarkets are 5 km away. Fresh seasonal vegetables are available directly from Holger. Nice place for self-catering with small restrictions.

It was a super uncomplicated communication. The house was the same as in the pictures and in a great condition with great furnishings and a super nice garden. The highlight is the hot tub. It was a real stroke of luck .

Markus apartment is a great choice if you're looking for something very central and in a lovely location. The apartment is airy and spacious and exactly as the photos. Markus gave clear instructions and made sure everything was in order through messages before arrival.

Lovely, cute, well-crafted two story home with lots of extra amenities, well hidden away in Lauenburg alongside the Elbe River.

The apartment is on the 4th floor. The neighborhood is very quiet and you can relax very well. We were there with our two kids. You should be aware that you live in a house with other tenants and therefore have to make sure that the children are not too noisy. However, I highly recommend the place to everyone.

A lovely home in a beautiful area of Hamburg. The whole neighbourhood has a peaceful energy and the house is no exception. A very short walk to the station that takes you right into the center of town. Antje was a perfect host, kind, helpful and responsive. The apartment was equipped as described and clean. Check-in via key box (1 key) was simple and hassle-free, the host responded to messages at short notice and friendly. With two spacious rooms incl. Kitchenette and small bathroom - but of course without hotel services such as gastronomy or daily cleaning - the property is particularly suitable for self-catering for longer stays. The furniture was easy as expected, on the walls and ceilings you can see retrofitted cable ducts. You could call it modern, or "cost-optimized". Two supermarkets and bus stops are within walking distance, U1 and U3 station with surrounding gastronomy are a short walk or a bus stop. As reported by others, there is a rooster in the neighborhood, but I could hardly hear it from this room with windows on the back of the building.

Sven‘s place was really great. It made you really feel like a home away from home. It was extremely clean and organized. From about our 20 Airbnb’s we have been to over the last 5 years, it is in the top 3 🤙🏼🫶🏼 We would definitely stay again.

We had a very nice time in the house! It is tasteful and nice and bright through the large windows. Downtown is not very far away.

A very reliable landlord, fast and uncomplicated handling, a comfortable apartment that corresponds to the pictures. An ideal place to stay for a short stay in Hamburg. Very much recommended.

This is the second time I stay in this apartment and I was again very happy with it. The apartment is very clean and functional with a good kitchen and bus stop across the street to connect you to surrounding areas. The beds and linens were clean and comfortable. There is an Aldi supermarket for stocking the refrigerator, and there are a few restaurants, bakeries, and shops, within walking distance. Also, the area is beautiful and green with many tresses and flowers. I enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to others.

We have stayed in the apartment before and have already booked it again for early 2025. It is very close to various food shops and a twice weekly market. There are good bus connections. The apartment is quiet, warm and has everything we need.
