Die moderne Ferienwohnung befindet sich im neu ausgebauten Dachgeschoss. Der Eingang ist separat über eine Stahltreppe von außen. Eine Bushaltestelle ist 2 Minuten entfernt. Der Bus fährt eine Station bis zum S-Bahnhof Blankenese. Zu Fuß geht man 12 Minuten. Sowohl Bus als auch S-Bahn fahren alle 10 Minuten. In der Hauptverkehrszeit fährt die S-Bahn sogar alle 5 Minuten über Altona in die Innenstadt zum Hauptbahnhof und weiter zum Airport Hamburg. Parkplätze gibt es genügend auf der Straße.

Located within the Hamburg old town, my beautiful 40 square meter apartment is in the 3rd floor of an old office building, very quiet at night. It’s a great place for tourists and for business visitors as well, and you could hardly find a location more central. A lot of varied gastromy and the central shopping streets Neuer Wall, Jungfernstieg and Mönckebergstraße are in the immediate vicinity, you could reach the HafenCity by walk too as well as the famous Reeperbahn in 1,5 km distance.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is an 8-minute walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city centre and harbour can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house.
