Very cozy Apartment for 2. "HH1"

With approximately 23 square meters, it is the smallest - the "cozy" apartment for one person, be happy for 2, when the 140-bed, he is big enough for you. Nevertheless, everything is there to feel comfortable at once: a fully equipped, ultra modern mini kitchen with espresso machine, a flat screen TV, wireless, wall safe, a little work and an elegant bathroom. The underfloor heating ensures a pleasant room climate and the black-out curtains for undisturbed sleep. The apartment has a private entrance with small patio outside. The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is an 8-minute walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city centre and harbour can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Shops, restaurants, a park, playground and lake are all nearby. We look forward to your visit :-)

The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature.
