The city centre and harbour can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. The apartment is located on the first floor and has a south-facing balcony, where you can also enjoy the evening sun. Various bus lines as well as subway/suburban train stations are in the immediate vicinity.
