Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Vincennes

We had a very pleasant 5 nights! The place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood with easy access to groceries and metro and within 30 minutes of the main sightseeing spots in Paris. The co-host, Raphael, was very friendly, responsive and helpful and told us how to get to the place and even let us check in early! The place is cozy with all the amenities and would highly recommend it.

Camille communicates very well, answering queries promptly. The check-in and out timing were perfect for us . The apartment is on the 4th floor so bear that in mind when you book. Bedroom at the back so quiet and peaceful, even with window open. Her one bedroom flat has a soul, not your typical clinical furniture. Bakery is opposite , supermarket one minute away. Metro three minutes away… ideally connected. So in a nutshell, an awesome place to stay in Paris.

The apartment is stunning, even much better than the great photos. I immediately felt at home. The location is great as well. Most importantly, the host was very kind and always responded very fast to any questions. It’s not easy to find a good airbnb in Paris, but this one exceeded my expectations.

Our stay was lovely from our first day all the way through to end. César was extremely patient and kind during our exchange ahead of checking in despite how much I may have bothered him about being able to check in early. The apartment was clean with everything you needed in various cupboards. It really felt like a home away from home. Most importantly the shower pressure and temperature was impeccable and perfect after a long day sightseeing. The neighbourhood is delightful and makes the 10-15 minute walk to the train station seem so much shorter. Roughly 20-25 minutes into Paris on the Metro. For those with children there is a lovely park and playground nearby. We had a lovely lunch at Pizza del Piano on our first day and the food was great with an even better price tag. Can’t recommend enough. Can’t recommend César and his home enough!

This is a super wonderful apartment . I was delighted with the cleanliness and order . Wonderful and quality bed linen . Very nice orthopedic mattress , it was very comfortable to sleep, the pillows are of high quality and soft. Cleanliness . The apartment was very quiet . This allowed you to relax peacefully after excursions . Host Jp is an insanely kind , friendly, helpful , polite and very caring person . Responded quickly and responded to any questions. Nicolas's house is very welcoming, with a beautiful view and very attention to detail from Nicolas who is really very good at communicating and providing useful tips for a really nice vacation. He is a very helpful host and was able to meet our requests, being very kind, you will have a good time with him! I recommend the house both for its beauty, for the quiet neighborhood, surrounded by nature and suitable for families with children and for its proximity to the Paris zoo.

We absolutely loved our three nights in Damien’s house! It’s so beautiful, full of gorgeous art and objects. The neighbourhood is also lovely. And it’s such a comfortable and well-appointed place to stay - we’d recommend it to anyone.

The best AirBnb ever! More beautiful than in the pictures, great service (since U.S. car was so big, a parking space was kept free for us on the street), top modern, messages were immediately responded to and supported, charcoal was even provided for the grill! 5 min to the metro M11, 3 min to the Böcker or Auchan supermarket. If we go to Paris again with eight people, then only in this house. Thanks for a great stay

Clean, comfortable, cozy accommodation, in a quiet place, everything was perfect! Very good location (near transport) The hosts are just great! We will come back without hesitation!

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. One of our best Airbnb experiences! The house is decorated with great taste, very functional and the environment is very quiet. Ideal with our two young children. We were worried that the cot might fit into one of the bedrooms and Frédéric took the time to measure the available space and push the bed before we arrived. Besides, Frédéric is really a great host: responsive, interesting and generous. We'll be happy to go back! From now on, this will be our base for our next visits to Paris!

A lovely stay. This place is absolutely huge with the added bonus of a 'sun trap' courtyard. Fredericque was a great host, very accommodating and responsive. Location was perfect, close to the Metro if you want to explore Paris.

Quiet stay just outside Paris. Ideal for visiting Paris from here. Walking distance from bakeries and a park. The accommodation was equipped with all comforts, even small things in the kitchen such as herbs, oil, coffee and milk were available. Arrival and departure times were flexible.

Had a great time at Martine's place. The accommodation is nice, very well furnished and perfectly in line with the description. Access to Paris is very easy thanks to the bus stop located just in front of the house, which leads directly to Chelles train station to take the RER E. Martine is a pleasant, discreet, human and attentive host. She welcomed me very warmly. I would definitely recommend their place!

We (two families) with two children (1 & 2 years) were at Mehdi's home. We liked it very much and it was also child-friendly. It's a great location and we don't even need to talk about the view. Thank you for everything 🥰 A small tip, one more trash can in the bathroom would be great 😉

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again.
