Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Vincennes

We had a very pleasant 5 nights! The place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood with easy access to groceries and metro and within 30 minutes of the main sightseeing spots in Paris. The co-host, Raphael, was very friendly, responsive and helpful and told us how to get to the place and even let us check in early! The place is cozy with all the amenities and would highly recommend it.

Camille communicates very well, answering queries promptly. The check-in and out timing were perfect for us . The apartment is on the 4th floor so bear that in mind when you book. Bedroom at the back so quiet and peaceful, even with window open. Her one bedroom flat has a soul, not your typical clinical furniture. Bakery is opposite , supermarket one minute away. Metro three minutes away… ideally connected. So in a nutshell, an awesome place to stay in Paris.

The apartment is stunning, even much better than the great photos. I immediately felt at home. The location is great as well. Most importantly, the host was very kind and always responded very fast to any questions. It’s not easy to find a good airbnb in Paris, but this one exceeded my expectations.

Our stay was lovely from our first day all the way through to end. César was extremely patient and kind during our exchange ahead of checking in despite how much I may have bothered him about being able to check in early. The apartment was clean with everything you needed in various cupboards. It really felt like a home away from home. Most importantly the shower pressure and temperature was impeccable and perfect after a long day sightseeing. The neighbourhood is delightful and makes the 10-15 minute walk to the train station seem so much shorter. Roughly 20-25 minutes into Paris on the Metro. For those with children there is a lovely park and playground nearby. We had a lovely lunch at Pizza del Piano on our first day and the food was great with an even better price tag. Can’t recommend enough. Can’t recommend César and his home enough!

Очень хороший ортопедический матрас , спать было очень комфортно, подушки качественные и мягкие. Чистота . Квартира была очень тихая . Это позволяло спокойно отдыхать после экскурсий . Хозяин Jp- безумно добрый , дружелюбный, отзывчивый , вежливый и очень заботливый человек . На любые вопросы быстро реагировал и отвечал . Это жилье заслуживает только высоких оценок . La casa di Nicolas è molto accogliente, con una vista splendida e molto curata nei dettagli da Nicolas che è davvero molto bravo nella comunicazione e nel fornire consigli utili per una vacanza davvero bella. Lui è un host molto dispobile e è riuscito a soddisfare le nostre richieste, mostrandosi molto gentile, vi troverete bene con lui! La casa la consiglio sia per la sua bellezza, per il quartiere tranquillo, immerso nella natura e adatto a famiglie con figli e per la vicinanza allo zoo di parigi.

Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. Geschmackvoll und individuell eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten länger geblieben um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Sehr ruhiges, sauberes Wohngebiet, ideal um vom Trubel im Paris runter zu kommen. Vielleicht ein anderes Mal wieder

Das beste AirBnb aller Zeiten! Schöner als auf den Bildern, toller Service (da U.S. er Auto so groß war, wurde uns auf der Straße ein Parkplatz freigehalten), top modern, auf Nachrichten wurde sofort reagiert und unterstützt, es war sogar Grillkohle für den Grill bereitgestellt! 5 min zur Metro M11, 3 min zum Böcker oder Auchan Supermarkt. Wenn mal wieder Paris zu acht, dann nur in dieses Haus. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt

Séjour parfait dans une maison impeccable, propre et très bien équipée. L’endroit est calme, agréable et conforme à l’annonce. Le propriétaire est très réactif. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. Une de nos meilleures expériences Airbnb! La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût, très fonctionnelle et l’environnement très calme. Idéal avec nos deux jeunes enfants. Nous étions inquiets que le lit bébé puisse rentrer dans une des chambres et Frédéric a pris le temps de mesurer la place disponible et de pousser le lit avant notre arrivée. D’ailleurs Frédéric est vraiment un super hôte : réactif, intéressant et généreux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir! Désormais ce sera notre point de chute lors de nos prochaines venues à Paris!

A lovely stay. This place is absolutely huge with the added bonus of a 'sun trap' courtyard. Fredericque was a great host, very accommodating and responsive. Location was perfect, close to the Metro if you want to explore Paris.

Rustig verblijf net buiten Parijs. Ideaal om van hier uit Parijs te bezoeken. Wandelafstand van bakkerijen en een park. Het verblijf was voorzien van alle comfort, ook kleine zaken in de keuken zoals kruiden, olie, koffie en melk waren beschikbaar. Aankomst en vertrektijd waren flexibel.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour chez Martine. Le logement est agréable, très bien aménagé et parfaitement conforme à la description. L’accès à Paris est très facile grâce à l’arrêt de bus situé juste devant la maison, qui mène directement à la gare de Chelles pour prendre le RER E. Martine est une hôte agréable, discrète, humaine et à l’écoute. Elle m’a très bien accueilli. Je recommande vivement son logement !

Nossa viagem foi incrível, e a Françoise contribuiu muito para isso, adoramos o apartamento, a localização por ser próxima a estação do metrô e por ter tudo na frente (mercado, farmácia, padaria, …). As fotos correspondem ao imóvel e a anfitriã muito rápida para responder e muito atenciosa.

Wir (zwei Familien) mit zwei Kindern (1&2 Jahre) waren bei Mehdi Zuhause. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und es war auch Kinderfreundlich. Es ist eine super Lage und vom Ausblick brauchen wir gar nicht zu sprechen. Vielen dank für alles 🥰 Kleiner Tipp, einen Mülleimer mehr im Badezimmer wäre toll 😉

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!
