You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

As in the 18th century, everything here exudes peace, harmony and beauty. Located in the middle of nature, it is the perfect place to recharge and explore the beautiful Dordogne-Périgord region. We converted this former farmhouse into a luxury home.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.

This former mill (mid-19th century), carefully renovated, at the gates of the Marais Poitevin, is classified "4 stars furnished de Tourisme". On 3 levels, this mill respects the traditional local architecture and the nature that surrounds it. The mill has retained its narrow, original miller's staircase. Combining wood, exterior coating with lime, noble materials, it is turned towards respect for the environment.
