Very pleasant stay at Lucie's. Royan and its various districts are very easily accessible on foot. Chay Beach is less than a five-minute walk away. Lucie offers tea, coffee and kitchen necessities, the studio is very well laid out and stays cool in the heatwave. The secure parking space for the car is very appreciable. Chez Lucie, an excellent place to stay in Royan!

Breathtaking view of the sea and a beautiful old tree at sunrise and sunset. Very clean and functional accommodation. Easy check-in and check-out thanks to the key box and exchanges with Clémence. We would recommend it in a second.

The accommodation is perfect for a stay as a couple. The beach is barely 2 minutes' walk and shops are also accessible in 5 minutes' walk. This is the perfect place to park the car and enjoy. Everything is as described with quality materials. I highly recommend it!

Wonderful for discovering the region. A royal location!

Zoë is a courteous, friendly and very helpful hostess who personally showed us the cottage on the lake. The house has good amenities, as described by Zoë. It is wonderfully quiet by the lake and we enjoyed nature and watching birds, fish and other animals in the water. We felt very comfortable and recovered well!

The accommodation was really perfect, as advertised and well worth the price. Very well located, close to the Nonnes beach, in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Beautiful studio, very clean and well-equipped, with a good real bed and a small terrace. Well located, very close to the beaches of Vaux-sur-Mer and Saint-Palais, easily accessible on foot as well as the shops. We also enjoyed the calm, the view of the trees framing a small stretch of sea and the reserved parking. In addition, the host welcomes us in person, for once it's not a lockbox, it's appreciated.

We had a great time at Antoine's place. Everything was as described, a very warm environment to feel at home. A terrace that is a plus on sunny days. The parking space and the bike room are really assets when you know the difficulty (and the price) of parking in Saint Martin. We strongly recommend!

We had a great stay, with our 3-month-old son and our dog. The accommodation is really 2 steps from the ocean, and close to beach shops (shops, bar, restaurant, etc...) which we really liked. Nathalie is very responsive: we thank her for the speed of these responses to the message. Small accommodation, but it has everything you need when you go away for a few days of change of scenery.
