Les Minutias is a haven of peace and rest, everything is very beautiful and clean, done with great taste. We want to rob the decor store to reinvent our interior! The beach and the village are beautiful, this island is a little paradise. A real special mention for our host Didier who is super welcoming, helpful and considerate. Have a good season Didier, we'll be back as soon as we can!

We had a pleasant stay in Île de Ré. Listing is as described. Very well equipped, clean and above all very functional with 2 young children. Small secure and well-maintained residence. the ++: games room, and children's games, whose access is secured. barbecue and terrace available So that the partnership with the bike store is at its best. Delivered and recovery at home = no stress;) Friendly communication with Nicolas, who is always available. We'll be happy to go back! Thanks:)

Very good accommodation for 8 people. Near the Casino and the SPA. Clean but the toilet and closet smelled of cold tobacco. Very cozy bedding and well arranged apartment. Easy check-ins at any time.

The setting is beautiful!! A peaceful harbor nestled in cozy and thoughtful garden. The apartment (with private and equipped terrace (tables, umbrella chairs and deckchairs) is impeccable, matches the photos. The beds are made and towels are provided. The jacuzzi area is protected by a barrier, it is clean and odorless. The access times are wide. Dominic's (Edouard) son welcomed us, kindness and professionalism are on the agenda. Dominic will check in with us at checkout and upon request, show us other accommodations in the residence. It was perfect!!! To conclude, we enjoyed the lingerie (3 machines and 3 dry linens available) all included in the rental, a large space on the porch to store bicycles, addresses written with chalk on a painting on the gate (original) The least, but really for a swing: a kettle is missing for tea drinkers 🤪 Thanks to Dominic, we had a great time

We had a wonderful vacation at this unusual place that was the first time for us. The trailer is very comfortable, there is very well thought out storage and cooking essentials. The small convenient fridge and a small pleasant shaded terrace. The trailer is secluded from other campers which ensures calm and privacy.
