Flat in Vincennes city center, 60m2

I am renting a 646 sq. ft. flat (60 m2) in the town centre of Vincennes. The Château de Vincennes metro station ( Line N°1) or the Vincennes RER (fast train - A line) station are three minutes away and will take you to the center of Paris (Châtelet station) in 10 minutes (RER) or 20 minutes (Metro). The Metro line N°1 is the automatic central line running through several main stations : Nation (8'), Gare de Lyon (12'), Bastille (14'), Hôtel de Ville (18'), Châtelet (20'), Musée du Louvre (24') Concorde (28'), Etoile (36'). The RER station is very convenient to go to the airports, to the Gare de Lyon or the Gare du Nord (Eurostar) which is less than 30 minutes away. This RER line also takes you to Disneyland. A Velib’ station (3 min. away) will allow you to visit Paris on a bike. This very quiet flat is on the first floor of a nineteenth century building. The windows open out onto a street (lounge facing south) and gardens (bedroom and kitchen facing north). In spring, you’ll probably be woken up in the morning by the many birds singing in the trees. The flat is very close (3min.) to many good quality shops in Vincennes' town centre, to a typical outdoor French market (Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays), to the Vincennes woods with its Floral gardens and lakes where you can rent a rowboat and the beautiful medieval Castle of Vincennes. The flat has one bedroom with a large (1,60 X 2 m / 63 X 78 inches) four poster bed with a high quality mattress; one large lounge with an extra bed for one person ; one eat-in kitchen ; one bathroom with a large bath and shower and a separated toilet with a wash basin. The flat decoration has been carefully chosen, associating modern furniture (Le Corbusier and Marcel Breuer armchairs, designed lightings fixtures…) and carefully restored antique furniture. The entrance hall, the bedroom and the lounge have kept their old and warm oak floor. The kitchen has a gas stove, a microwave, an electric toaster, different types of coffee pots and machines (Bialetti, Bodum, electric and expresso), an electric kettle, fresh pasta machine etc. The washing machine is in the bathroom. In the lounge, you will find a large screen TV set (42” Sony Bravia) and a good quality hifi with Cds and DVDs. A broadband internet connexion is provided. + Vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, iron and iron board. Linen and bed linen are provided. As well as the usual pillows, one neck-pillow is available. You will not have to go shopping straight away when you arrive after your journey : basic food is stored in the cupboards (tea, coffee, sugar, oil, pasta, rice, salt and pepper etc) I live in the same building so I can advise you or help you if you wish during your stay. I am half English and half French so we won't have any difficulty if you only speak English !

Vincennes apartment near Paris. RER A.

Close to metro line 1, it is an 8-minute walk from the RER A. Very bright and quiet. You'll love my place because of the brightness, the comfy bed (160), and the comfort. . Please note, however, that it is on the 6th floor without an elevator! So it's a little complicated for people with physical difficulties. Vincennes is a nice, very quiet town. RER next door (7 min) allows you to reach Eurodisney directly. RER A. Line for the Olympic site Vaires sur Marne
