Typical Parisian 43 m2 cocooning apartment. The place was completely redone in August 2022. It is located on the 3rd floor with elevator and overlooks the courtyard with 2 small balconies. Ideal accommodation for a couple or family of 4 (very comfortable sofa bed in the living room) Very well located 50 m from the Ternes district and the Arc de Triomphe and 100 m from the Champs Elysées. 2-min access to the Charles de Gaulle-Étoile stop (Metro 1, 2 and 6/RER A) which takes you everywhere in Paris very quickly.
