My typically Parisian, well-lit and AC equiped apartment is on the last floor of a charming apartment building with an elevator. It is in the hip Rue des Martyrs area, with a lively local presence and many cafés, bars and restaurants. It is only a short walk to Montmatre, the Moulin Rouge and Opera, and 3 metro lines (2,7,12). There is a magnificent view from the living room balcony over the roofs of Paris and the Eiffel tower. Well equiped kitchen and high-speed wifi.

Hi , I am offering my recently renovated, quiet, fully-equipped three-room apartment, located in Paris. Many shops and activities are available nearby. Close to Roland Garros and Parc des Princes (10-minute walk), the apartment is very well connected by transport (2 metro lines, many buses...) and will allow you to reach the center of Paris in 15-20 minutes. Each room is equipped with silent fans.

You will love the relaxed feeling and warm atmosphere of my appartment. The location, and beautiful view on the river and Eiffel Tower. The bus, trams, rer are 150m and Métro Exelmans is about 600m. The local market is 3 days per week, and is very big, selling cheeses, seafood, cooked meals, fruits and veggies. The supermarket open until midnight and there are a few good local restaurants
