Charming maisonette renovated in 2022, close to Paris. Both quiet and close to all amenities. You can walk to the city center and restaurants. Not suitable for the elderly and young children as there are steep stairs. Served by the highway, metro line 3 ( 10 min walk) and line 11 ( 15 min walk) and 8 min by tram, you will be in a few minutes in the center of Paris (30 min). We are in the East suburbs glued to Paris.

Our house, in the heart of Vincennes gives you direct access to central Paris (10mn) and Disney Land (40mn). The RER A is opposite the house and metro line 1 is 2 minutes away. Vincennes is a city on a human scale and very lively, it has all the services (transport, shops, restaurants, sport). Spacious and comfortable, our house has large bedrooms with double beds, convivial living rooms, and outdoor space.
