Small nest with double balcony terrace unobstructed view

Welcome to my cozy nest with unobstructed views! Very small 2 rooms of 16 m2 + 7 m2 of terrace in 2 parts. On the 7th & last floor with elevator of a 1920 building, this is my main dwelling. Entire home not overlooked, facing southeast (sun all day until late afternoon) with spectacular views overlooking the rooftops of the quiet neighborhood of La Campagne in Paris and to the Bois de Vincennes! The 20th is a unique arrondissement, its people love it passionately.
