Holiday rentals with lake access in Valencia

Perfect spot for a quiet weekend by the sea with my mother and family. The location on the beach is exactly what we were looking for: peace, sun and the sound of waves crashing. It was plenty of space for the 4 of us and the extra bathroom outside was great for quick showers after a dip in the water. Parking was easy, but I could see it being difficult in the peak seasons based on the availability on a calm weekend. The supermarket is walking distance and has all the necessities, while larger facilities and greater variety of restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. The water was clean and felt amazing even in September. The beach is pebbly, but nothing that wasn't manageable with water shoes. Once in the water, the rocks were minimal and we had a pleasant swim. There are larger rocks creating small coves, but that did not create any issues to swim, but in fact helped break the waves and created calmer waves. Our host was so kind, responsive and pleasant as well. Highly recommend.

We had a beautiful weekend. We brought our dog and was able to enjoy the beautiful surroundings surrounding the house. Lots of peace and quiet. Beautiful paths to tour, but the house has everything to enjoy staying there as well. We will definitely repeat sometime. Excellent treatment from both Juan and the hotel front desk. Breakfast is great. The projector is a ten, too bad it can't be used during the day (we were touched by cloudy and slightly ugly days). Super equipped but if they go with the idea of using the barbecue I recommend to bring board, blade as they do not have (we were able to use it anyway and enjoy it without any problem) Ideal place to disconnect and connect with nature. This accommodation is absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, I knew it was going to be an unforgettable experience. The room was spacious, clean and decorated with exquisite taste. The bed was comfortable and the shower was a luxurious experience. The location is perfect, with a breathtaking view of the river. The owner is friendly, attentive and always willing to help. The pool and garden are an oasis in the middle of the village. In short, this accommodation is a real gem. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality experience and exceptional service. Don't miss the opportunity to stay here! Without a doubt, one of the sunrises for its most beautiful views that I have ever lived, I will come back very often, if it is free, because when people know it will be complicated, given the charming of everything, the owner, the surroundings, the tranquility..., little more to say , an experience as I said at the beginning unforgettable.

Spend a weekend with my partner and we loved the house, very quiet and apart we caught just the village parties and we went down to see them, a wonder of town, super nice apart from there is a beautiful river in which there are ducks and many places to visit near the village, some rivers in which you can bathe and very nice.

Stayed at this place for two weeks and it was great. It has two bathrooms, equipped kitchen, even a bathtub. The area is very quiet, nice garden. The railway station is 15 minutes on foot. Jose was extremely helpful and replied our messages any time. Overall, recommended!

A very nice and quiet area

Very good location, quiet and great area to walk and relax. Jorge was extremely friendly and helpful, he had lit the stove before we arrived so that the house would warm up because it was cold. Comfortable beds, with bedding, blankets, duvets and everything is very clean. The paella area is wonderful and we were able to enjoy it despite the rain as it was covered. You can tell that it is a very well-kept home and with a lot of interest in making you comfortable and that you can enjoy your stay. Thank you very much for everything

We were happy with our choice. Friendly hosts, clean, cozy apartment, has everything you need as described. Beautiful beach 5 minutes from the house, close to a large supermarket.

The apartment is a real tip It has a lot of light from east and west, so it's always bright, but not hot at noon. If necessary, good air conditioning. There are 3 bedrooms (2 single and one can be separated from the living room by a sliding door. There are many towels, crockery and kitchen utensils. From the balcony you can see the beach and to Valencia (18 km). The 4 km to Perelló we often went to the beach. (Tip: The shops were open there on Sunday mornings.) To the bus stop 2 min, bus goes to Valencia and Perelló. Parking in the yard in the shade. Elena and her husband were waiting for us in the apartment, the communication was always nice and very good. I'm sure we'll be back.

Cuca is a wonderful and helpful host. she supported throughout our stay during Valencia marathon and even came out on the course to cheer us up. Will definitely come back to her lovely place to visit the beautiful surroundings or run the marathon again

Victor's place is beautiful. Everything is done to feel at your best. Victor is very nice. The town of Sollana is pretty and quiet, nearby are beautiful beaches and restaurants. The quiet of Sollana allows you to decompress the magical Spanish atmosphere reigning on the beaches. We loved this trip and will be back. Victor remains at our disposal to advise us. We were surprised when we arrived because Sollana seemed deserted and we were afraid of lack of atmosphere, But the next day we were reassured because the beaches are about twenty km away and there , the Spanish atmosphere is in full swing. Valencia is a very nice city. There are large shopping malls nearby as well, about 20 km away.

Just as described. Very near the bus stop and public transport made things very easy for getting in and out of Valencia. Very quite place. Only one small bar so not much nightlife but that was OK. Shop is convenient. The pool was the biggest surprise and it was really nice and very few people using it. Really big and really clean. Apartment was very nice and everything worked. Very nice shower etc. No problem with any service. All good. Would go again.

Very cozy house with all the amenities needed to spend the stay, both Alicia and Oscar her husband, very attentive. The town and great surroundings to disconnect and beautiful places to visit, as well as its people who are wonderful and treat you beautifully. Highly recommended and looking forward to returning in Holy Week

It has been an amazing experience staying in the Chloe retreat, the house is located in a small town with lots of charm, quiet and privileged views. Without a doubt, I would repeat a thousand times more. Also, we have traveled with dogs and they have also enjoyed it very much.

We were a couple with a year and a half baby. We were looking for tranquility and disconnection for a small vacation and we found it. Just what we wanted. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need to spend a few days with your family. The village is small, but it is well worth the surroundings and there are many routes and places that can be visited in and around the village. It is also 50 min from Teruel, which allows for an excursion. The views and tranquility that is breathed in the house are worth it. A place to unwind and spend a few days with friends, couple or family.

A very unique little town! If you want to experience off the beating track then this place won’t disappoint. Small community, beautiful streets and buildings in the middle of mountainous terrain. Friendly people. If you aren’t a confident driver just be careful of the narrow streets and steep hills!

The house and facilities couldn't be more perfect, it had everything you need for us and the kids. Very comfortable rooms. Full bathrooms, with soap, towels, toilet paper, all left in detail. The pool and barbecue, along with the chill out area was wonderful, children and adults enjoyed everything to the fullest, the only thing I would add is a fridge in the pool area, to have more capacity and to have more comfort to be enjoying the pool. I would add a dishwasher to the kitchen for your convenience. And the hosts have been super friendly and close, being available for any questions or needs. We will definitely be back!!!!!
