Holiday houses in Valencian Community

Superb house, very well-equipped, close to shops and restaurants and not far from the beaches. Jon was also responsive when we needed to ask him.

The apartment is centrally located between the beach, bars, restaurants and public transport stops. It is as described, very spacious and cozy. The equipment also offers everything you need for self-catering. The communication with the host was perfect and you proactively get all the important information and good tips for the area.

It’s a good location for cycling. High up a hill so amazing views of the valley. Discovered some trail routes just behind Porto de Orba. We didn’t eat out in the evening. A 25 minute drive to Denia beach. Good shopping at La Marina centre with many familiar shops.

Very lovely place, nice and quiet neighbourhood. We had a great time!

Lovely private place to spend time relaxing with family (4 adults & 4 children) with lots to do for the kids, not a single mention of them being bored throughout the whole 10 nights stay, which is highly unusual 😂 The outdoor BBQ area was the star of the show on most evenings! Just a few minutes drive to and from shops such as Carrefour and Aldi, so everything you could possibly need for your stay is easily accessible. The host is extremely friendly, helpful and responsive for any required needs. Would highly recommend this host and property to anybody wanting to stay in Elche for a relaxing time away from normality.

Had a fantastic month in the apartment. It was very well presented and exactly as described. A great view of Cala Finestrat and Benidorm from the terrace. The apartment was very quiet and had everything you'd need for your stay. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

The apartment corresponds in everything with the detailed, 3 spacious rooms, 2 full wc, living room with terrace... It has everything you need to spend a few days without a problem. Everything is very clean , comfortable beds. Around the corner there is a super , 3 bakery/pastry shops, and a little further on the promenade with countless options to eat. It is located in 2 row to the sea but it is 5 min walking and you reach the beach , sandy and very good for children. It has a garage for a large car that makes everything easy. Roberto was attentive to us and answered my questions quickly. She had flexibility in schedules . He came to give us the keys and show us the whole floor . Thank you so much for everything and I hope to see you soon because we will definitely be back

We enjoyed the rental. It's secure, clean, and quiet. The house is good for 4 people and the outside is nice to relax because no noise. There was the pool that was clean but we didn't get a chance to enjoy it ( we were more often at the beach and our stay wasn't long enough). On the other hand, you have to be driven to access supermarkets ( crossroads, Lidl) and the beach. We were close to Benidorm with its beautiful beach and restaurants. As well as a big shopping mall "La Marina". All about 10 15 minutes from the rental by car and quickly accessible. A great stay and a great rental. Jessie.
