My home is located on the 3rd floor of a fully restored historical building -in an area where most buildings are mainly over 100 years old-, which for your convenience and comfort, has an elevator. There are no other neighbours on the same floor. It features a spacious living room with dining and kitchen area with two large street-facing balconies, one bedroom with another small balcony, and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. Two street facing balconies and one window fill the living room and kitchen area with plenty of natural daylight. The comfortable sofa is the ideal place to lounge after a long day out sightseeing. A gracious table in the living room seats 4. In the fully equipped kitchen area you’ll find everything you might need to prepare a quick meal: Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, vitroceramic hob, fridge/freezer, and of course enough kitchenware and tableware. I also provide some basic kitchen condiments such as oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper and some others, and detergent for washing crockery and doing laundry, to avoid you the hassle and cost of this basic shopping. In the bedroom there is a comfy double bed (135x190) to ensure a good night's rest, and a closet with enough room for your clothes. The bathroom, adjacent to the bedroom, features a bathtub with shower and a washing machine. The boiler is of 50 litres so if you have a long shower, hot waters runs and you have to wait 10min to have again hot water. I provide complimentary bath amenities such as hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. Clean, fresh bed linen and towels are also provided. The WiFi high-Speed Internet connection will make it possible for you to stay connected or get some work done, should you need to. The apartment has also an integrated air conditioning / heating system, to ensure the maximum comfort. If you need a baby cot for your baby, just ask! For a small supplement I might arrange one for you! The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of the apartment after departure. No cleaning service is offered during the stay. Please ask if you are missing something and I will be delighted to assist with whatever I can. You will have access to the entire home. I’ll try my best to be there, but sometimes it is just not possible due to my job. In these cases, a family friend will welcome you upon arrival and make sure you have everything you need for your stay. Once you complete the reservation, I will also send you a document with some information regarding the apartment, personal insider tips on what to do and visit, and some local restaurant and bars recommendations, to help you make the best out of your stay in Valencia. Also, you will be provided with a map of Valencia upon arrival and will remain reachable by phone or Airbnb e-mail 24/7 during your stay, should you need any help or advice! The home is located in the “El Pilar” neighborhood, a charming and historic area in the Old Town of Valencia. Metro runs from 5.27 until 23.30 at night. This is the fastest & most frequent transportation service, running every 6-9 min throughout day, 7 days. All major bus routes are also available either from Àngel Guimerà or Gran Vía de Fernando El Católico. For example, to go to the beach, you can take Bus Nr. 2 at Gran Vía de Fernando El Católico and would take you less than 30 min. to go to the Las Arenas Beach area.

The Suite is very spacious, totally independent, it is a unique space, with very high ceilings and newly renovated. It is an entire home, a top-level space, with totally independent access and the first thing that catches attention is the very high ceilings; this is a luxury suite with a single very spacious room with two large windows (from where the Mercado Colón is viewed laterally) that provide a very cheerful and spacious stay. The only bed is 180cm wide and high quality. Next to the room it has a large size luxury bathroom, the other smaller bathroom is next to a spacious kitchen-dining room and close to the access to the Suite. The qualities are of the highest level and the decoration is very cheerful and simple. The entrance hall area to the suite is spacious and everything has its charm. It is spacious with bright and cheerful tones. The kitchen is of the highest level and has everything you need and very elegant and modern furniture. We take care of the details and don't want anything missing. In the middle of the kitchen is a very wide rectangular table. The kitchen bathroom is very charming with special and nice tones. The master bathroom is spectacular, great luxury and very spacious. The heating is radiators by gas city and the hot air conditioner is of high quality. Important information note. Washing of clothes of the day. We have a laundry service (washer and dryer) included in the price for the daily clothes you use during your stay on working days. As the washer dryer is not inside the Suite then we take care of the daily laundry and drying (this service is included in the price).
